Juggling after-school activities and busy careers, Mark and Eugenie haven't had much time for house hunting. Encouraging the couple to keep an open mind, Drew comes up with a creative range of options including a sprawling showstopper that might just deliver everything on their wish list. During demolition, the added repairs add up faster than anyone expected. Jonathan comes up with a germophobe-friendly solution for the massive fireplace. But even with the budget stretched to the max, the couple rejects nearly every one of his money-saving suggestions. |
