When Lord Ashfordly's gamekeeper turns to crime to pay off his debts, the consequences are dire when his wife commits suicide, which is witnessed by Mike, leaving the constable overwhelmed with guilt and threatening his relationship with those closest to him when he endures on a downward spiral. Meanwhile, Greengrass cannot believe his luck when he and David come across a stranded lorry loaded with bags of coal, whilst Gina takes pity on Andy when he ends up in hospital, but Blaketon recruits Andy's wife to thwart Andy's chances of worming his way back into Gina's life. |
