Prince Albert, his son Richard Stewart and his assistant Rachel Tudor are traveling in USA to exhibit the family treasure, including the legendary sword Excalibur, and raise money to bring monarchy back to England. Out of the blue, a man named Tristan and his gang steal Excalibur and Prince Albert is found dead. Richard explains to Jake Cardigan that Excalibur is the symbol of power in England and need to be recovered. Jake and his partner Sid Gomez travel to London expecting to recover Excalibur and find that the Teklords have projects for the next Governor of England.
