The top three bakers battle it out to be crowned South Africa's Best Amateur Baker. For their final signature bake, Siba and Paul request 24 glazed petit fours, which highlight distinct South African flavours. The technical challenge comes with a twist that takes the bakers by surprise, and for their last challenge of the season, bakers have 5 hours to create a large sculpture - the final chance to impress the judges enough to claim the title. |
