i have to say something i thought i would never say in the 90s. god i miss the 90s!!!!
I’ve seen this serval times now. its a great psychological thriller. a slow burn on the edge of your seat all the way threw that is only punctuated by “ouch cringe” moments and an ending that leaves you numb. 8.5/10
i saw this at the theater when it came out. i was tagging along with 4 friends and i hadn’t even seen a trailer for it. i went in completely blind and was totally blown away. griped the armrests all the way threw. all the critics hated it and everyone loved it. its not just a good movie, it was a moment in American movie history…..lol
I’m on second episode. I’m not saying its a Steven king remake or a copy, but they are at least channeling the same arc types. they also have a prefect copy of nurse ratchet. not from king but she adds a creepy flavor.
a more appropriate name for this would be, waiting for something to happen but nothing ever will….or maybe “everything Scarlett Johansson does cant be great. 5/10 just because there a few good scenes. i wish i would have slept threw it :-(
after the first episode i’m cautiously hopeful. i love it ;but, i see about 10k million ways they could fuck this up.that being said, i’m all in for the rest of the season. like i said, i’m hopeful.
nothing to see here.WAY too predictable for being an off the wall script. effects were good but it was just a bunch of boredom and jump scares. 3.5/10
“Does any one here have any up Dog?”
we may if we knew what consisted of up dog. i just don’t understand what the problem is with informing everyone of the meaning of up dog is before asking for it.
thank god Nazis can’t shoot strait or this movie would have been alot shorter.
something just occurred to me. Gus would have never let Walt live. the last time there was a chemist that was going to replace Walt, Walt had him killed. If for no other reason, Gus would have killed Walt to keep Pinkman alive. Gus would have sold it to Pinkman after he did it saying he did it to keep him safe from Walt.that being said, i still say its near flawless writing. this thing is a masterpiece. after all these years it still gives me chills re-watching it.
Haha yeah I can definitely see that connection. Especially like that scene when Maddy drags the big axe past the floor like something out of a horror-flick. x’D
or when they ask her “where is your axe?” she replys “its sleeping”.
imdb only has this rated at a 7.5!?!? that’s just messed up it should be in the mid 9s.
i know I’m pretty late to season 5 but I’m here now and omfg. I’m on episode 3 and so far i think its best season.
Eric André at his best. i hope it does well for him. god this looked like it was a lot of fun to make.
holy crap it was half way threw before i recognized “Jim the vampire”. i had to pause to double check imdb to be sure…fucking Mark Hamill. lol, its always a joy to see him having fun.
It’s not terrible. They went back to what worked. No raves in caves to tribal music to be seen. There were a few moments where the meta-humor got so strong I lost it giggling. This movie was made with a strong sense of irony that can be felt and appreciated. Having said that, you already saw the 1st one, nothing will ever be as good, not even if you watch the first one again. It’s the old adage about bottled lightning. Short of amnesia due to a head injury, it can only go downhill after that first one—but it definitely came back up from the 2nd and 3rd.
ok thanks. as long as to doesn’t totally blow like the second and third, maybe ill give it a shot.
