I am surprised this one doesn’t have Vivica Fox in it or Taraji Henson…LOL

After having done a time jump and travelled to 12/24/24 and seen an advanced/Midnight Screening of this movie? It’s 2024’s version of the disaster “Cats”
This is a cute, funny, light-hearted Vampire-themed movie with a really good cast.
This is one of those shows that I didn’t happen to catch during it’s first run, but am glad that I’ve been able to watch in syndication. It’s a terrific, funny show. The cast is really good and Reba McEntire is great as the titular character too.
what next cocain shark ? lol ha ha
We need,,nay,,DEMAND..”Sharknado: Cocaine Sharks” a new high in terror! LOL
119 minutes of my life that I will NEVER get back EVER.
It was really BAD.
You should add “Documentary” to the list under Genres:.
Required watching for all members who belong to the Global Chapters of The Flat Earth Society
I was thinking of a different kind of…errrrr, ummmm “Motorboat”…LOL
I loved this series as a little kid! Still enjoy watching the old episodes, it’s seriously “dated” what with the acting and SFX, but it’s campy 70ies era Scif-Fi goodness and love the Theme song too.
It doesn’t matter if you live in a “Red” State or a “Blue” State. What matters is when people act like how they are supposed to act in general…it’s called being a Human Being towards one another
I like the series so far, I think it’s pretty good. I like, how Favreau & Filoni had managed to include some of the Star Wars EU stuff in the storylines of both The Mandalorian & Ahsoka thereby erasing the mistakes that Kathleen Kennedy has done to the Star Wars universe. In fact, they should fire her and replace her with Jon Favreau as head of all things Star Wars/Lucas Films.
“Jackson Oz is a young, renegade American zoologist”…renegade Zoologist..LOL
This is a wonderful story with wonderful actors, wonderful scenery and wonderful CGI.
It’s just wonderful.
What a gorgeous man and terrific actor Ray Stevenson was.
He has quite the library of movies. I will miss him. RIP Ray Stevenson
He was such a terrific & versatile actor. A few of the fims/roles I liked him in were “Punisher” (way better than the one with Thomas Jane) and “Kill The Irishman”
Such a terrific series. Great storyline and terrific cast. What a shame that AMC cancelled this series but let The Walking (Useless) Dead series (and countless Spinoffs) to continue onwards to the point that no one cared
This is a pretty good show. It has potential.
I like the cast. I like Joel McHale (I remember his stint as the host from the terrific E! Network series “The Soup”. I miss that show) and both Vella Lovell and Grace Palmer are total hotties too
If anyone remembers, Common was in the drama Hell on Wheels with Anson Mount (who is in Star Trek Strange New Worlds). So, Common going from the mid 1800’s to far into the future. Watched the trailer and looks promising. But first I’m going to listen to my college alma mater baseball game.
Common was also in the movie “Smokin’ Aces” (which I really like/liked) and the Terminator movie with Christian Bales (which I thought was actually fairly good in the Terminator franchise)
The first time I watched this movie? I wasn’t sure what to make of it..I thought at first it was kind of a strange storyline/setting and a bit of a slow burn and after I watched? I was left with “WTF did I just watch?” feeling.
Then I rewatched it and was like, yeah, this is a pretty good movie..weird and twisted with definitely an odd ending (NOT going to give away any spoilers. If/When you watch? You’ll know what I am talking about). It has a really good cast and I definitely recommend it.
4/5
This is really gritty stuff. Reminds me of The Wire. Courtney B. Vance is an excellent actor, but it is the Brit Tosin Cole that commands the first episode. Bentley Green who plays the younger brother Joshua just grabs you emotionally with his expressive face.
I recently binge watched the entire “The Wire” series, it was terrific and well worth all the hype I heard from people over the years. Will definitely give this one a try
This one is pretty bad. Definitely NOT worth the time & effort to watch
This series is absolutely hysterical! I watched the Spin-off series “Shoresy” first, which was terrific (Hockey, Hot Chicks and Canadian humor galore) and someone mentioned THIS series to watch…it is absolutely freakin’ hysterical! Highly recommend watching this show and once you do? Segue into watching “Shoresy”
Have you tried this? https://www.primewire.tf/tv/201075-letterkenny (very funny)
On a more serious note https://www.primewire.tf/tv/46500-19-2
They both star Jared Keeso
This show is absolutely hysterical! A terrific series about a minor league Hockey team in Canada, it’s got hot looking chicks, Hockey and Canadian Hockey Humor. My only “Complaint”? There were not enough episodes in the first season! :)
I recently “discovered” this series and have been binge watching it (currently finishing Season 5). This show is/was pure comedic Gold! The cast is really good and the storylines of each episode has been hysterically funny. Love this show!
So far, I have really liked both “Obi Wan” and “The Book of Boba Fett” and of “The Mandalorian” too. This one, has been a bit of a “slow burn” so far with the first couple of episodes having been released at the same time. It does seem to pick up quite a bit during Episode 3 and the way it ends. Looking forward to seeing the 9 remaining episodes left.
I put off watching this one for so long. When it was released it had such negative reviews but honestly I dont think its all that bad. Some strong acting performances and yes I would like to have seen some more character building but all in all a solid film. 75/100.
Love this movie! Total Cheesy 80ies goodness.
I remember seeing Pat Benetar perform live at a free concert in Pasadena many summers ago. During the performance with her husband Neil Gerardo and the band, she mentioned to the audience right before they played the song “Invincible” that the song was from the “horrible movie “The Legend of Billie Jean” and very tongue in cheek said “Don’t hate us for that” lol
…”After a decade of hysteria, the world grieved the loss of one of the world’s most influential and talented duos.” That made me laugh.
Yeah, those horrible “based on the novel by…” series. Game of Thrones, The Witcher, Good Omens, Watchmen, Dexter, A Handmaid’s Tale. I love how people speak as if their opinion is the definitive one. Given that Rice has sold over 130 million books, I doubt she is losing sleep at night because you don’t like her work. Comparing Rice’s books to Lumley’s is like comparing apples to oranges. Yeah, they’re both fruits, but they taste nothing alike. Some prefer apples, some oranges. Some like one, but have no like for the other and just because you don’t care for something doesn’t mean that it has no value.
Never once did I state that all movies and tv series with the mention of “Based on the Novel by..” were terrible, merely that it is a “Red Flag” (and often disappointing to the fans of the novel/novel series). Second of all…never stated that my opinion here was the “definitive one”, that was your interpretation. Yeah, I am sure that Anne Rice isn’t losing any sleep over any opposing views about her novels, since she has been dead for quite a while.
As far as Brian L:umley’s work and his Vampires characters? They make Anne Rice’s vampires look like the characters out of “Twilight”.
Oh, gee…it the remake/reboot of the gawd awful “Interview with a Vampire” movie, not only that but it’s another “based on the novel by…” series (which is always a Red Flag).
The entire Anne Rice vampire novel series was absolute total dreck. I always tell people who thought it was good? Read author Brian Lumley’s “Necroscope” and “Blood Wars” series. Now THOSE are some GREAT Vampire/Wamphyri creatures that put Anne Rice’ “vampires” to shame.
This is an excellent series! Really enjoyed watching all 10 episodes. I never read “The Sandman” Graphic novel or comics back in the 90ies era, but everyone I knew/know who did? Raved about how excellent it was…so, when it came time to watch this show? I didn’t really know a lot about the character or the premise/storyline.
Looking forward to a season 2
This was a pretty good series. Sebastian Stan did a really good job portraying Tommy Lee and Lily James did an excellent job as Pamela Anderson/Pamela Anderson Lee and she did a great job portraying her too.
I though this series was okay to watch, it had it’s “issues” but I stuck with it.
Now, mind you…I never got into playing the video game/was part of the RE Video game craze back when it was all the rage. The RE movies with Mila Jovovich are a total “guilty pleasure” to watch every now and then imho.
The ending of the series leaves off with a cliff-hanger, so you know there is going to be a season two or more.
Though you only know her playing stuff with an American accent, Ironically she’s English xD
This sounds interesting and with Kelly Reilly in it, (known for Yellowstone & Britannia) it surely can’t be a bad movie. She usually plays a badass bitch (in a good way) so I wouldn’t expect anything less of her in this movie.
I was going to comment/post the same thing…but you beat me to the punch when it comes to Kelly Reilly. I really like her as Beth Dutton on “Yellowstone” (that show is freakin’ excellent, not a bad episode yet in any of the Four Seasons so far…which is pretty amazing for a tv series..imho). I only know of her acting from playing an American character, I am definitely intereted in checking out her acting on the series “Britannia” for sure.
Why does the Avatar for this one say “Invasion”, but the Plot/Synopsis says “Infection”? “Invasion”..”Infection”..two different titles..equals Confusion. Ha!
More great info. I do feel the primewire love LOL!…So I assume the first is Star Wars 1, 2 etc..? I will begin this journey this weekend
Yes, definitely begin with the Prequel series, pausing in between Clone Wars and Revenge of the Sith to watch the animated Clone Wars series. After Revenge of the Sith? Watch Rogue One (I would even recommend Solo too, which I liked) and segue way that into Star Wars: A New Hope and the rest of the original trilogy.
No one does End of the World, Destruction of Earth Apocalypses like Roland Emmerich! I’ve always enjoyed seeing what creative ways he comes up with to destroy the planet…Independence Day, Day After Tomorrow, 2012..always entertaining. I expect no less from him with this one. I am pretty sure it’s going to be another epic cheesy bad/good one.
Thanks a bunch!
As a Star Wars fan..I really enjoyed BOTH the Original Trilogy and the Prequels (although The Phantom Menace could have/should have been MUCH better imho), the animated Clone Wars series started off a little weak, but became such terrific series taking place between Clone Wars and Revenge of The Sith. I really liked it. I highly recommend watching the movie series in order…prequels..stopping at Clone Wars the movie and watching the animated Clone wars series, then Revenge of the Sith. Then watching Rogue One and then immediately seguing into the original trilogy. Just a suggestion.
Considering Robert Rodriguez is directing it, we’re kinda lucky he doesn’t call everyone, “Dude,” or something. lol And I’d be perfectly fine with it if he did, though. Boba Fett can do no wrong, and that man is the one and only Boba Fett—he’s also the one and only Jango Fett. If he wants to call dudes, “Mate,” then This Is The Way.
… now Boba Fett says mate??
Lord have mercy on this series, it has suffered too much.
You have an “issue” with Boba Fett saying the word “Mate”?
Nothing wrong with it…just like there was nothing wrong with the constant usage of the phrase “I’ve got a bad feeling about this…” which was used by everyone..Jedi and Non-Jedi or the phrase “From a certain point of view” etc, etc…
Roight! Carry on, mate.
Good Episode. I liked the backstory of how Boba and Fennic became a team, loved how it explained how Boba got the old Slave One ship back in his possession and how he took over Jabba’s old palace too. Also loved the payback scene with the Biker Gang.
Looks interesting and I’ve always liked Don Johnson…..back in the day, he was easy on the eyes…..and still not bad to look at in the 21st century……😉😄😁
One of THE greatest movies ever? “Harley Davidson and The Marlborough Man”! LOL
Seriously though, its a total cheesy guilty pleasure of mine I like to watch from time to time :)
