What a mess of a case. The girlfriend is the one to blame for how things went years before. The last victim could’ve been spared. I hope he’s not in isolation, out with the rest of prisoners. Let them have fun with him.

Another good one from Ellery Queen. Moving on to the next story. Worth watching.
An enjoyable movie, if you like the character. I’m going to watch everything there is about him. Good watch.
So cool to see Higgins in a different role. I just love John Hillerman, especially when he plays a pompous English character. He’s so good at it. For those who didn’t know, he’s from Texas. Loved it.
I’m glad I find this series, having read most books with this character. I used to devour those little books, growing up. Nice to see some big names too. Definitely a keeper.
Mmm…Not sure what to think of this yet. The 2 main character are not very likeable. They both seem to have a chip off their shoulders. Attitude all around, right off the bat. Even from the daughter, who is the cliché of stupid kids from coppers. Will see how I feel after the next episode.
This creature is a pure, evil predator. and he is exactly where he belongs.
This was a good introduction to this series. I like it. And I will stick with it. Good watch.
there was no justice, in this case. That kid basically got away with murder. And he will do it again, in the future. Maybe then, society will be safer. Until then, that reserve is stuck with him. Sad situation.
OK. I liked this episode. This show got my attention. I definitely want to see more of it. Will keep watching.
I’ve tried but I can’t get into this show. It’s not my cup of tea.
Oh man. I had to stop to recollect myself. This episode was very emotional for me. I really didn’t see it coming. Love this show.
Amazing how people kill for the dumbest of reasons. All these people had to do is stay away from the girl, if they didn’t like her. That’s it. So simple. Why turn to murder for such a petty reason. (smh).
From the moment I heard the convoluted story behind this tragedy, I didn’t believe a word of it. it was too outlandish. But once you peeled the layers of b.s, it came down to a simple, cold-hearted reason. To do this to your child is heartless.
Now, I have to say that I am a bit disappointed. I enjoyed the series so far, but this finale was a letdown. I expected the main storyline to be concluded. So clearly, they’re going to drag the “weird woman” situation for another season. For me, the question now is if I will follow.
Looking forward to seeing how this all end. Hope it won’t be disappointing.
Oh man. Couldn’t help but she d a tear, after watching this. My heart just broke for a mother who lost 2 generations in one shot. The trauma. So sad.
I’m glad I’ve got many more episodes to watch. Because I’m definitely hooked.
This show officially goes into my “keeper” list. I will definitely will go on watching.
This man really flew under the radars, for many years in some ways. And yet, he was right there, for all to see in plain sight. He was clever for a long time. But karma came on ‘knockin.
Now I don’t mind a little suspense, but this whole “weird woman” schtick, is starting to get old. I hope this gets resolved soon.
You know, this episode was better than the first. I was lukewarm and frankly thought that I was going to drop this one. But now, I want to see a little bit more. Will cautiously watch on.
This case is a unusual one. It doesn’t happen everyday. A case similar to the Menendez brothers. So much potential wasted.
I thought a “girl code” meant leaving no one behind? That’s what it used to mean to me and my girlfriends. First flag was her personal effect left behind. Very unusual for a woman. Can’t help but feel that there are more bodies out there. This guy was a seasoned predator. Heavens knows.
It’s amazing what jealousy can push one to do. So many lives ruined. Especially the child she was carrying. He or she is a victim too. Sad all around.
Gotta admire the thoroughness of British forensic. They are ahead of the Americans, on that side. For example, in 2023, it takes days if not weeks to get a DNA result, in America. In England, it takes 24 hours, 2 days at the most. It’s embarrassing, really. We should be up to par with the Brits. Good watch.
Wow. This is “Mean Girls” to another level. Teenage drama to the extreme, for you.
What a senseless case. So much pain caused for nothing. The kids, of course, are the one to pay the ultimate price. My heart goes goes to them and the rest of the family.
In then first story, I don’t understand why this woman was free, walking among society, when she committed an heinous crime before. In the second story, it’s just pure tragedy. Seeing the last moments of a victim, tends to leave me with an uneasy feeling. The camera doesn’t lie.
Don’t know what to think yet. So far, it’s lukewarm to me. Need to see the next episode to get a better idea.
This creature is one evil b*h. And I feel that she will do it again. She’s a sociopath with psychopath tendencies. She’s narcissistic and very manipulative. If she’s let out, there will be more mayhem to come. I shiver at the thought.
The Met Police could have definitely saved this poor woman, had they grown a pair and sanctioned this creature when he offended, prior to this crime. But the “blue wall” being what it is, a police man or woman can get away with A LOT before they are punished for an offense. And it is the same EVERYWHERE in the world. And it’s unfortunate that because of these creatures, people mistrust the police nowadays. Despite the fact that there are many good cops.
This woman should’ve spent the rest of her life in jail. I would be VERY careful, if I was her new husband. Then again, how naïve or stupid are you, marrying a sociopath with a past like hers? I mean, she made her own sister a collateral damage. Something tells me that we’ll hear from this woman in the future. Good watch.
Saw this case on “Dateline”. Quite an intriguing case, I have to admit. Good watch.
It was interesting to see Retired Det. Joe Shillaci after all these years. He used to be featured on the first and second season of “The first 48 hours”. I remember him primarily because of his sleeked hair, and his cockiness. The man LOVED the camera. But he was a good detective. This victim was a good friend to a mentally unstable person, and it cost her. Cautionary tale, here. Good watch.
I’m so glad those detectives gave a voice to those victims. Doesn’t matter what their line of work was, there were humans beings. Period. Hats off to those gentlemen and the rest of them, all around the world.
It’s as if this poor girl never existed. Yet, someone gave birth to her. She never had a chance.
Nah. I didn’t feel this episode. The scenery was beautiful, but that’s about it. It didn’t feel natural to me. I don’t think I’ll follow this one.
This a case that I’ve watched about before. A sordid situation, that involved many of the “deadly sins”. How can one hold on to faith, after that? An intriguing case.
I have to say that this case shocked me. The motive was so petty, considering the lives lost. Those babies, my gosh… All for nothing. Ask again if pure evil doesn’t exist. Here’s an example. Heartbreaking episode.
This poor woman did not deserve her demise. Wish she had a little bit more time to get away. Another femicide to add to the body count. Sad.
These two idiots were not the sharpest tool in the shed. Their story couldn’t stand to the good investigation of the Atlanta police. Good job from the police. And good watch.
Those tapes were something else to listen. You get an intimate and direct insight into the mind of a serial killer. A weird combination of intelligence and stupidity. Even knowing that he’s dead, he still gives me the heebie-jeebies. Fascinating episode.
Yeah. I really liked this first episode. Definitely looking forward to following this series.
Another one who should not be set free. His kind won’t stop until they are put in jail, for life if possible. Psychopaths cannot be rehabilitated. They have to fulfill the urge to kill, until they’re stopped. Give you the chills, though.
This kid CLEARLY should not be set free in society. he is obviously a sociopath with psychopathic tendency. Hell, he already IS a psychopath. He will only go on to kill more people when opportunity is given. This one should stay behind bar for life. Good watch.
A good soul who was loved in his community, taken too soon. What a shame. Good watch.
I’m glad the detectives involved in this case, stuck with it, to be the voice of that poor girl. Nothing is more dishonorable than killing your own flesh and blood. Especially when you’re supposed to protect them. Happy that karma caught on to them.
