Wow.this season was really bad.i kept hoping for it to get better and it disappointed on every front the season finale was very very bad. I can’t remember the other seasons very well but supernatural stuff wasn’t real was it?just evil people doing evil things.

Thorette and the screaming goat-boat. It wasn’t as bad as I was expecting it to be. Maybe going in with low expectations made it half-way decent.

The Nordic (Denmark/Germany/Sweden) crime drama on which it’s based, was an original series complemented by several movies. So good that I had to create a playlist with them all, just to keep track!
Fingers crossed they don’t “fix what ain’t broke” as the original series and movies were excellent. The two main actors, Nikolaj Lie Kass and Fares Fares, made a great team. We shall see if there’s the same chemistry between Goode and Manvelov. Also, Byrne and Macdonald usually deliver with their performance. So, it’s up to the writers…sigh!

The film centers on a father and his daughter. Five years previously, a tear in the fabric of reality brought creatures to our world from an alternate dimension bent on our destruction. The father hides his daughter on an island to keep her safe, while he prepares her for survival and the battles to come. But no place is safe.

We should have a watch party when it comes out! that would be fun!

I don’t think there is a better series in this genre available. Riveting plot and writing, every cast member at the top of their game; plus Graham Yost is a masterful showrunner. And…
they gave us a little holiday present by confirming season 4 is in the can.

I like that the show isn’t bloated with filler like most are now. Each episode is so rich with detail that I rewatch the previous season before a new one drops and the story is just as delightful as the 1st time.

The animated film I believe you are referencing is WALL-E. It’s set in the future after the Earth is basically made unlivable and the remaining humans are on a large spacecraft just drifting through space with nowhere to go. They ride around the spacecraft in personal hovercraft (like a floating barcalounger) with a monitor in front of them that they are all glued to. They are all fat and don’t even notice the other humans around them also in their hovering barcaloungers. The don’t directly communicate with each other and only do so through their connected monitors. I’ve said multiple times that this is happening in real time in real life right now.

I find it interesting that Tay, the AI Twitter bot created by Microsoft, started adopting some of the less admirable traits of some of the users there while the AI chatbot created by Musk himself, Grok, seems to have gone the opposite direction.

I am watching it right now and I think that its being set up for a new season of 22 episodes. They clearly mention this during a meeting. If this movie does good I am guessing that they are going to release the information that there could be a new season. I would super hope that they do make another season.
