This was the funniest episode so far, the younger Doug was perfect and their interaction hilarious! Up until now, I never watched King of Queens before. It is better than I ever thought it would be. Sure beats ‘sitcoms’ of recent.

It’s going to be an adjustment not having Tom Hanks as Robert Langdon, but the trailer looks great! Can’t wait to see it!!
I didn’t know this was coming out .. something to look forward to!
… “I think the wolf eats its own poo” … LOL I tried watching the british version, but so far I am liking the US version better. I feel like they improved on the storyline.
I really don’t feel sorry for Naomi in her predicament. It is her fault the blue goo was not destroyed, and ended up in the wrong belter’s hands. It is totally her fault she is where she is right now.
Bobbi is so badass! I love every episode she is in. That actress needs her own series.
This show is a British classic! I never tire of watching it! This was my first introduction to British t.v. .. this and As Time Goes By.
reddington is her mothers brother
Having to deal with her for 8 long, grueling years, goes way beyond an uncle’s love, or at least it should!
Eight years later and we STILL don’t know! I think only a ‘father’ could love, protect and put up with a ‘child’ with her narcistic behaviors, as I think they ruled out the ‘mother’ storyline in this episode. At least next season should be a good one, without her! (The fact that she even agreed to go through with the plan, says a lot about her character, and karma got her in the end!)
Why can’t these eps be an hour long! At least we get a double dose. I really do like this series which is so underrated IMO. It was really good seeing “Francine.” I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen her-I know it’s been a really long time. I want to say she’s from 227 but I don’t think that’s it, where is she from. Anywho, she’s aged well.
She was in a show called Amen from 1986-91, with Sherman Hemsley, which was the same time that 227 was on air, maybe that is what you were thinking. She also played in The Shield, and a lot of other shows. This show has brought a lot of actors from the past that I am recognizing!
It is satisfying to finally ‘almost’ get answers, but there is one more episode left for the season, so who knows where that will lead! I always felt that Reddington was Liz’s father, but if he is really a she, then that feeling still stands. I hope Townsend is really, really dead, that character annoyed me as much as Liz. With Liz gone next season (yippee!), the show just might get a breath of fresh air and continue longer and live up to it’s true potential.
I like the relationship June has with Joseph Lawrence, they have an understanding with each other. Very fitting ending for Fred, hunted like his prey were once hunted and captured. He should henceforth be known as OfJune. Now Serena needs a fitting punishment for her crimes, since she is the one who started all of this in the first place, she planted the seed. I am thinking next season’s focus will be June going to get Hannah.
Debris, now this one too!! I hate NBC……..
I am blown away and pissed they cancelled both of those shows!! They could have had the decency to at least wrap up the story lines.
Holy crap that was good! Now that was a season finale! So many things, just wow!
It looks like the Waterfords don’t like being on the other side of their creation, with the possibility of having their own child ripped from their arms. That was sweet that Nick hid his wedding ring.
They really need to reboot this show, one of the best comedies ever!
I am confused at the hypocrisy shown by June towards the Aunt who wanted forgiveness. This Aunt came forward and admitted her crimes and asked for forgiveness. No one made her. Remember the Aunts were subject to punishment for not doing their jobs too. Also remember that June just gave up the Handmaids that were in hiding, only to be killed later because of June’s actions, because of a perceived threat to her daughter, Hannah. By the way, what was that threat? Did they ever say what it was? They certainly would not have killed Hannah considering that she is a valued asset. Just seems June was unnecessarily harsh on the Aunt.
Good points. It seems they are trying to show the various ways of how a person can react to this type of prolonged treatment and how it changes them. With that healing circle group, there are a few that are into forgiveness, and some others, that are aligning with June with wanting revenge.
I had hoped he would make an appearance!! Woohoo! Now I officially love this show!
Liz is obsessed in finding answers that she feels she deserves, as the body count stacks up around her .. the true narcissist.
I ‘think’ they finally revealed who Elizabeth is to Reddington .. said, but not said .. funny how they still won’t say it!
Really liking this show, however that beard in ep. 11 is just drove me crazy.. so phony.. someone fire the beard artist..lol..
Same here! It was so horrible it was distracting. I have noticed bad wigs on several post-covid shows lately. I wonder what is up with that.
This is my new current favorite show. It makes me want to watch the original movie again, if there are links, I think I will. Brilliant idea to turn this into an updated series.
This isn’t as good as it used to be. It is like America Ferrera took the writers with her when she left.
Another excellent episode of the kind of case that makes this show great——and once again, mercifully, NO KEEN MESS.
I’ve been wondering why Keen hasn’t been on the show for several episodes, has anybody heard the real reason? … and regarding that plot line of Keen trying to kill Reddington, that just makes no sense, if Red is supposedly dying anyway. What is the point of killing a dying man??
I just saw that The Blacklist was renewed for the 9th season. The way season 8 has been going, I thought for sure this was the final season. Go figure. The actress/character of Elizabeth Keen has not been viewed for several episodes (in name only), I wonder what is up with that?
If I had known this show was this good, I would have watched it a long time ago. By far one of the best cop shows I have ever seen.
This story line mimics the one where Keen was on the run before and was ‘fake’ after Reddington. The only difference is that we are still left to wonder, is she ‘fake’ after Reddington, or is this time actually ‘real’. They have dragged this storyline out so much, we no longer care about the secrets, we just want to move on.
She needs to reprise that role and give it an update, would be awesome!
This is actually pretty good. I thought it was going to be a silly comedy, but it is more of a light-hearted drama. I started off with the first episode, not realizing that the episode at the bottom of the list was actually the Pilot. I thought the first episode seemed like I had missed something. So, you will want to start off with the “special pilot” first.
Another amazing episode! I never watched Breaking Bad, so each episode is completely new to me, because I don’t know what is to come!
Wow, this is great news! “The renewal being announced on today’s date has significance for fans of the show who have dubbed 8/28 “Manifest Day” since the series centers around Flight 828. Some had even speculated that this news would be revealed today and they were right. While the fourth season of Manifest does not yet have a premiere date, Netflix said to expect new episodes “in the coming months.”
