I enjoyed that, it had a look and flavour of old-fashioned batman cartoons. There is an after credit scene - and part 2 is 27th July.

That was really badly stupid as plots go. Good action, not bad acting, but the story just had too many holes. Knock off own-brand assassins creed - 3/5. Edit: The hand-to-hand was pathetic.

I didn’t mind it, some of the singing was painful - who woulda thought Mazikeen can’t carry a tune in a sack, well you can’t have everything… If you didn’t watch it to the last song then you missed something important BTW.

I finally got to watching this, it has good story and acting but bad science. It has a flavour of a WWII submarine flick like grey lady down. I won’t spoil it save to say THAT’S not how stuff behaves and THAT didn’t need to happen. Ifn yer gonna do science fiction, hire a scientist to consult on the script and listen to him when he calls shenanigans.

This weeks episode was cancelled when Bill tested positive for covid19 during a staff PCR test. He is fully vaccinated and asymptomatic, but they cancelled to be cautious as he could still spread it around. The moral is: Be careful who you share your bong with children…

The theme music is a straight rip off of “Head over heels” by tears for fears - I have a sing along when it comes on…

That was cool, I was going to watch 2 at a time but once I got to episode 3 I had to watch em all. Ifn you like your anime you will enjoy this, it’s not Hayao Miyazaki but it is decent.

I think this will appeal to anyone who has watched the other star wars animations (rebels, the clone wars and resistance). The animation is fully 3D and well done, the story and characters are good, Dave Filoni is executive producer - I will watch, I was a star wars kid and I can’t help myself…

I didn’t know they had a movie for this, was this before or after the series?

Yay it’s back! Though I confess I really needed the “Previously On Legends of Tomorrow” section at the beginning.

Sad this is finished it’s season, I liked these characters. The finale did not disappoint, gore, beatings, pathos - Seth Rogen is really clever putting his money into this, I hope is was a big hit for him - they have already ordered season 2 & 3. I got to find a new cartoon for my Saturday morning now…

Good story development here - though I was distracted by the Lord Massen actor, when I figured what I knew him from I did both hands over the mouth and swore. He was Herr Starr from preacher and I can’t take him serious anymore… :p

I’m gonna look after this just incase but does anybody know if this is the season finale or just the covid nonsense messing with the episode count?? There has NEVER been just 7 episodes haha

I like it, the H.G. Wells flavour off it is great, but there is greater social awareness in the writing. Personally I don’t care who made it or what they did, I will watch all 6 of these.

Nope, not for me. Bless them for having a try, but no. If there had been more, better martial arts on show then I would have suffered the script, acting, story-line and unbelievable aspects of the show. They let me down, I cannot forgive them, I am done.

What time period does this movie take place? I knew/know nothing about this movie at all. Yes, JDM seems to get better as he ages and sure has come a long way since his days on Grey’s Anatomy!

That was glorious. I wanted to see the monkey fight the dragon back when I was a kid and it was 2 guys in rubber suits, this just made me happy for modern technology. What a spectacle.

Season 5 has been announced - 20th June, and there is a trailer on youtube ifn you are bothered…

This has just been renewed for a second season, so it must be doing the business for them. I like it so far, there seems to be more action in it than the other superhero shows.
