It was 1970, a lot of burnout after the 60s! This was also Jimi Hendrix last gig before he died. The festival itself was badly organized and there were a lot of heavy vibes around in spite of so many great acts playing, big security presence. This weekend felt like a turning-point for the whole scene, it certainly changed my Life! https://www.primewire.li/movie/253086-watch-message-to-love-the-isle-of-wight-festival

that’s the most human Gibbs has been in the entire series, I hope his character leaving doesn’t kill the show. at 70 I don’t blame Harmon for wanting to slow down a bit, still sorta sad !
All good things come to an end. To bad Gibbs did not get to keep his boat though. Anyway. I enjoyed this series very much.
not the new show but praise the lord i rewatched this old episode mirakels do happen
When did any episode of leverage sucked? Can’t wait either! Check out the show “Almost Paradise”
What!! I loved leverage. I hope this is not going to suck. Cannot wait
I love this show. Hope they renew it…He’s sort of like Monk only edgier and a lot more serious.
Currently rewatching the belgian original (I speak Dutch but it has English subs) OG has 3 seasons with 13 episodes each. (I could not watch the UK version because OG is so much better)
this is bad, watch this instead https://www.primewire.li/tv/68230-watch-professor-t
do not bother with this just watch this https://www.primewire.li/tv/68230-watch-professor-t
OK. Im a big fan of the original (Belgium) series. This is going to take some getting used to. I
m not impressed by this first episode.
classic one of the classics we watch every year. with Guns of Navarone, Kelly’s Heroes and The Longest Day
And thus I conclude my Binge of all 151 60 min episodes. I had already seen all but to re binge it was so worth it. Love this show
Yeah the Original was awesome but the series was laughable. I am sorry but seeing an overweight Brendan Frasier crack jokes is not a serious spy series.
The head of our foreign intelligence agency (Dutch MIVD) was on tv yesterday in a populair talk show. If you think an overweight Brendan was laughable you should get a load of Pieter Cobelens. Anyway. I kinda like the guy. Loved him in Doom Patrol.
Oh, I like Condor. I really enjoyed Berlin Station, I was sad to see that one end.
I really liked Condor. You then should also see https://www.primewire.ag/movie/162781-watch-three-days-of-the-condor the movie original. I recently rewatched Rubicon but I forgot this should have a second season but was cancelled. Very good show and when finally the characters and story were going…..cancelled
Check out the Company it has Michael Keaton as James Jesus Angleton and Tom Hollander as Kim Philby.
I remember starting this. first 10 minutes and a lot of familiar actors. I just thought of this one. Post Iron curtain I beleive but I loved it ‘sometimes a bit more action and suspense than spy but really worth a watch Berlin Station https://www.primewire.li/tv/40216-watch-berlin-station
True Cold War Spy SERIES are few and far between. Off the top of my head here are Three that were memorable.
The Company

The Assets

The Americans

Thanx. I recently binged The Americans and I loved it. Probably the best in the genre. The other two I might have watched but too long ago to remember. So I´m sure to wath them again.
This is a really poor excuse for a Cold War Spy series. The script is about as unoriginal as they come, the acting was wooden, the editing was AWFUL to the point of being confusing in parts. To top it all off it just wasn’t believable as a SPY series. Both the lead character and the setting just felt fake.
Do you have any tips on good cold war spy TV series?
I recently watched Babylon Berlin (set between WWI and WWII).
Amazing watch.

I agree with all of this but I really enjoy the settings, decor, props and locations. Maybe because I went to Berlin in my early 20s. And now I
m invested and just have to know how it ends. And I remember the wall falling on my birthday nov 9th 1989
Do not bother, nice show but last 2 eps have no links and I cannot find them elsewhere. To bad, I love the very accurate decors etc.
One of my favorite episodes (I`m binge watching the entire series at the moment) It shows how devious Jane can be and brings back the overall story arc.
How did I miss this? Just watched first ep and I think its funny, original and for me the firt time to see Maisy Williams after GoT. I think it
s going to be a nice bingewatch with these short episodes.
I was in high school when the movie was released in the summer of 1977. There was a lot hype about this movie and I think every teenager HAD to see it. The nearest theater (who showed currently released movie) was a 30 minute drive. In the car I got with my best friend and got to the theater. We looked at each other and said, “D**N, look at the line, it’s almost out to the street!” But we decided we had to see it on the first night so we stood in line for 30 minutes and it was worth the wait. We were blown away by the special affects and for 1977, they were spectacular!
You sir are Legend.
I`m a bit younger (and living in the Netherlands). took my schoolfriends (I was seven I think) to The Empire Strikes Back. Till this day they sometimes say they still remember that day.
Boring, total snoozefest, dislikable characters, unrelated storylines. Not about aliens but boring people and kids. Show should be called “Evasion”
