Yay, series 2 is here! Thank you, linkers.

I’m really enjoying this series and just wish the episodes were longer than 50 minutes. I watched Martin Shaw in Inspector George Gently before watching him in The Professionals. Now I’m doing the same thing here, watched Midsomer Murders before watching Bergerac. I think both men look far better in their 70’s than in their 30’s! Their acting is spot on no matter what age they were/are!
I’m enjoying this, too. It’s fun to see John Nettles and Annette Badland in earlier roles. Not to mention the Guest Stars, who are actors of some renown now.
Comment from YouTube Ep. 1
“This is actually 2/2. Go to 1/2 which is the beginning. Incorrect numbering. Good movie👍🏼”
I thought the 1st episode started a little wonkey.

Has anyone watched the 3 movies that preceded this TV series; Bad Debts, Black Tide & Dead Point?
I’m watching the 1st one, Bad Debts, right now. I should’ve watched the movies before I binged season 1 and 2 but no worries, it’s like a prequel now. So far, so good… I am sad Jack Irish is wrapping up though.
Baba Voss is storming into new territory to confront an old enemy, his brother. Starring Jason Momoa, Dave Bautista, and Alfre Woodard, return to the world of See, 8/27/21

I know it’s illogical, but it’s fun and… come on, it’s Jason Mamoa and now David Bautista.
From the husband and wife team (Michelle King & Robert King) creators of The Good Wife, The Good Fight and the hilarious political satire BrainDead.
The main plot centers around a psychologist trying to cope with holding down a job, look after her four kids with hippy mom while hubby is off mountain climbing in Nepal. Being a religious sceptic, she gets offered a job by a hunky black priest and his even more sceptical technican to investigate things that go boo in the world of the Catholic Church.
Miracles, exorcisms, demons and videogames abound in these fun entertaining yet chilling cases.
My favourite is the “Leland Townsend” character played by Michael Emerson from the Person of Interest series.
Deliciously EVIL 9/10
BrainDead was a riot, one of my favorite series. As is “Year of the Rabbit”

I think* it’s June 6th in the US, but I’m looking forward to it, as well.
I really liked Condor. You then should also see https://www.primewire.ag/movie/162781-watch-three-days-of-the-condor the movie original. I recently rewatched Rubicon but I forgot this should have a second season but was cancelled. Very good show and when finally the characters and story were going…..cancelled
True Cold War Spy SERIES are few and far between. Off the top of my head here are Three that were memorable.

Very informative. If people would just all listen and come all together to do something about it and not look away. The greatest threat to our planet is everyone thinking someone else will save it

I haven’t seen this yet but I sought it out after I watched this remake.

What, Pennyworth is back!?!? Merry Effing* Christmas, in a good way, of course.
Holy Guacamole, this one looks good. Hugh Laurie, how could you go wrong? And it airs tonight!
I’m liking this way more than I thought I would, definitely worth a look see…
Fares Fares is one of my favorite actors, loved him in the Department Q series! Can’t wait to watch Partisan.
Woo Hoo episode 4 is here! Whew, I thought I would blow a gasket waiting, thanks PW.
Just saw Wynonna’s return in my schedule. I really hope this date for season 4, ep 1 is true.
I’m on episode 3. Good show so far in my opinion. You do have to kinda get past the seemingly over/under acting of the New Worlders at first. It’s odd, but brilliantly intentional due to the “utopian” concept and the ultra snooty Alphas. I think most folks will catch that pretty quick though. Great to see some of the familiar faces too!
I’m on ep 3 as well, it’s gettin’ gritty fast. Speaking of familiar faces, it’s nice to see you too Tree.
I don’t know where that rating came from but I’m 3 episodes in & BNW is really good!
Funny, bawdy & irreverent. All-in-all a great watch, hoping for a second series.
I thoroughly enjoyed this, it’s going to definitely be on my “things to keep up with”. The dark-humor and the unique concept are right up my alley! :D
I heartily agree. Have you watched this one? https://www.primewire.ag/tv/1326030-watch-year-of-the-rabbit
Ok wow, the 1st episode is really good. I didn’t know what to expect but I’m pleasantly surprised. Looking forward to more of this.
I was hooked by the end of the 1st episode. Great cast, dark & well written. Reminds me a bit of “The International” w/it’s themes of corrupt global finance, war & murder.
For Bron/Broen fans Sofia Helin/Saga plays Professor Claire Sims in series 2 of Mystery Road.
Holy Cow, a young(er) Sam Heughan plays Ian King in this episode. Nice surprise.
Series 2, another good twist & turn ride. I hope we get a season 3, 4 & 5…
Whoa, that got intense very quickly. Olaf Johannessen’s performance had me on the edge of my seat. Whew…
