As a “End of the world” film, this is awful. The contributing factors are a very low budget and a slow moving script. The actors do well with what they have to work with. But, what really makes the film suffer is that it is not about the end of the world at all. It’s about this guy`s struggle with addiction. So on top of watching a movie that is not good, I felt deceived. The end of the world was only in his head, while he overdoses.

ok watch a rainy day, the main character wife is a corky stay at home mom
her sisters dissapearens was never solved and she witness a murder

on a personal note im kinda over stories about people staying in a marriage for the kids, even if they are treated poorly and if kids are in school you can go back to working if thats a wish, yeah if youre in a country where women dont get education or cant get jobs sure its another story
