Used to love musicals growing up but grew tired of them the older I got due to the ridiculousness. This totally spoofs the genre hilariously & does so brilliantly w/absurdity to the max. Really amazing acting, writing, costumes & sets. This just might get me back into musicals or maybe solidify my distaste for them lol.

Well, by the looks of the trailer, it certainly is nothing like Yellowstone that’s for sure. Not sure if I’ll watch it at this point.

This is the original version that A Man Called Otto w/Tom Hanks is based on. Looks good. Apparently this is based on a book by the same name from what I’ve heard from other members here.

Some funny stuff but he sure repeats himself a lot. He could do twice the material if he didn’t repeat himself so much lol.

Ridiculous.Perverted. Totally self-obsessed. Hard to see the funny of it, really.
The 80-minute comedy presentation version was far more compelling.

The drama was expected, even predictable, but not the way it kicked in.

This is so lame. Poor Steve Howey. To go from “Shameless” to this ridiculous show is pathetic. And he lost so much weight and muscle. He used to be herculean.
Too bad. So sad.

Pretty much what I expected. It got a couple of snorts out of me.

Hilarious

Wow, 15 years! I met one of the Queens of the first season (THAT is a story!) and was hooked. But seeing it’s 15 years later. . . To quote Madonna, “Before you know, you’re feeling old”.

If you’ve seen the original, it’s definitely predictable. But still a fun watch. Crispin plays crazy quite well, though.

This was A LOT of fun & loved the twist at the end which you can always count on RPDR to do. The Lip Synch between Sasha & Anetra was EPIC! Quite a few other good ones too.

A rare remake that surpasses the original. I love how they used Agouti and black for all the rats except Socrates and Ben, so they would stand out. Ben was a Giant African Pouched rat (the kind they use to sniff out landmines). I still don’t know why Willard hated Ben so much, all Ben wanted was the same love Socrates got.

I was sad to see the news that they canceled this show. It was fun.

Oh no. The books and show are different enough that you wouldn’t need to have read them to understand the series. Each is good in it’s own way, but (even though I’ve read the novels a couple times), I think the TV adaptation is better. At least, so far. I’d say to give it a go.

I too stopped watching TWD when Glen was killed. At least with this new drama there could be a cure unlike in TWD. So, does this mean this new drama might not drag on and on? I know nothing about the game that this drama is based on…..

Episode 3 changed my mind. I’ll be watching the rest of it.

This looks so cheesy & funny. Tarantino based a ton of Kill Bill vol. 1 on The Shaw Brothers’ movies. Just watching the trailer for this I really see the visual style Tarantino emulated. I look forward to watching this.

A decent watch, but I don’t get why people are raving about. No single aspect of it is in any way original.
