omfg how did i miss this!!!! its the most intense,deep soul shaking sci-fi ive ever seen. the effects and multi layered story line are just next level…. 1000/10. cant wait for the sequel.

i emjoyed this slow starter and i think the acting got better as the film went on strangely
theres a few funny bits thrown in aswell [ [ice move considering the surroundings]
so we have scifi a bit of adventure, action And a wee bit oftheosophics, ill give it a 4 easy

got a mate in isolation with a sis on a vent, downloaded this , to send on a stick, but then i watched it , its great , ticks ALL the boxes , ok yes another muscle-man wanna-be actor but its all carried off by the kid,.. great family film … i giggled

Is there any link where half the text isn’t cut out. Dvd quality shouldn’t be stated when you’re missing parts of the subtitles at the bottom of the screen.

If there was ever a perfect guy to do a documentary on the southern ocean it would Have to be Sam neill,
cooks journey and the history of empire plus the resulting lasting effect of it on the island cultures AND for some of them perhaps thier digital legacy make me feel this should be available in schools everywhere 10/10

saw this advertised at the end of another channel4 drama, Really glad i wrote it down, i get SOoo into what yu could call ‘pre-history’ , [as in history didnt Fkn start with the bloody romans, or the the bloody normans [ who incidentally nevr fkin left]
The 1st eppisode leaves SOOoo many years of research to answer more than questions than could be solved in a 45 min doc,…. but i LUV IT ALL, [thanks uploaders]

This series is especially poignant as David and his teams have captured not just the beauty, but the tragedy, of life on this planet and how humans are now pushing other animals to the brink of extinction by the dozens, some of which have only been discovered as a result of human destruction of once wild areas. The adaptations that other animals must face in order to survive is nearly heroic. Satellite image data of the expansion of civilisation encroaching on vital wild areas (over the last several decades) is bone chilling. This series is highly recommended, and 100% vital viewing.
