Oh wow, based on the novel! The original miniseries was okay, but you know, 70’s made-for-tv and all that. This looks like it will be great!

For those of you waiting for dvd quality, it’s not likely to happen anytime soon. The Japanese work on a much slower timeframe on their theatrical release to dvd release than pretty much anywhere else. Shin Godzilla was released in October 2016 and didn’t get a dvd release until August 2017. November 3 is Godzilla Day, he will be 70, and it wouldn’t surprise me if the dvd isn’t released until then.

I don’t object to scammers being scum, or to bees needing protecting, or to the government being corrupt, etc, etc. I don’t think any of that even vaguely helped this movie.

As a matter of fact I never objected to anything about it… Well okay, I totally object to that hat but I didn’t say that in my initial comment so…

Would have loved to see a sequel to this. I even once saw an interview with Keanu where he said he was pushing to get one made only to get denied by Warner Bros.

As sweet as this story is portrayed, as a woman, I was left infuriated by how fast the pharmaceutical industry moved to resolve an issue that affected men…. and women are still fighting to be included as ‘significant’ in any drug trials!

One of the last times they played together took place at the legendary Royal Albert Hall, includes the first time they performed Badge live. Only Clapton is still with us.

The entire ep was terrible.

Finally got around to watching this movie. I’ve never been really afraid of storms and many a hot summer night was spent in the storm cellar. Tornado’s just boggle the mind like the one that tore through my little home town in Oklahoma. Took out the hay barn, drove wheat straw into the sheet rock in the house as if the straw were nails. We see in the movie a cell phone imbedded in the truck window and yes, a tornado’s power can to that. At least you can run from a tornado but not an earthquake……..

For me, this was the greatest sitcom ever. Influential and groundbreaking, it was one the first network shows to tackle the relevant social issues of those turbulent times and it’s use of comedy to make it’s messages more palatable to middle-class, white America was brilliant.

I am so impressed that there are multiple links to every episode of it’s 9 season run. Thank you uploaders and thank you Norman Lear. RIP.

Considering Apple+ adopts a half way and can drop all episodes at once, we’re hoping to see that in effect. This series looks amazing simply because of Noomi… and then [ex-BB, BCS] Jonathan Banks. Wishing it was NOW! haha.

It’s much more likely all that ‘’Evil forces are trying to suppress our film! They don’t want the ‘truth’ out there!!’’ BS was manufactured by the film’s producers to try to generate hype and controversy to drive crowds to the theaters.

Reich is brilliant, but make no mistake, he is neoliberal to his core. He strongly supported NAFTA, which killed US manufacturing, and when he finally figured out that Clinton was a fraud he quit instead of staying to fight for what he believed in. Though he has long claimed to support increasing affordable housing, he was quick to oppose a project in his own toney Berkley neighborhood. That said, he still has a lot of great ideas on how to improve the lives of the poor and middle class.

The usual empowering Dreamworks for kids fare. Cute, but nothing special.
