Funny movie, all about girl power, It also was the first time I heard of the hilarious Tiffany Haddish, she is hilarious and is one of the funniest women in TV

I love all the Meatballs movies. Not sure if they are classified as National Lampoon, but have watched 1,2 and now up to 3, then 4…man, movies rocked in the 1980s (compared to today)-this is just my opinion. Others can beg to differ
Chris Farley (cameo) as a Police Officer: “A woman with a nose ring==Great, Grand, Wonderful”
Red (Danny McBride) “Dont worry I wont rat you guys out”
Saul (James Franco) and Dale (Seth Rogen) “Thanks Red”
Budlofsky and Matheson (Craig Robinson and Kevin Corrigan) come
Red “Dale Denton and Saul Silver were just here!”
Mike Epps is hilarious in anything he is in, same goes for Wanda Sykes
It is a hilarious show, hands down. Screw the hating mob. Most of the complaints I read about the show revolve around Chad being played by a woman, and things having to do with the fact that the main character is Middle Eastern - what does that tell you about the people making the complaints?
Quite funny, In some ways i prefer shows like this, that dont have laugh tracks -so us as the viewer can choose what moments are Funny. Not too familiar with Nasim Pedrads work outside of SNL, But a funny, slice of life, pilot. Cant wait to watch more episodes
There is something eerie about watching an actors final role. They were alive and now they are…Not. Such is the case with this movie, Brandon Lee, son of Hollywood legend Bruce Lee -we all know the story, was accidentally shot while filming this movie. I have only seen this movie with Brandon in it but it was a scary, but also powerful movie, not for the faint of heart
Shows like these make me realize the depravity of humanity. Yet I have compassion for the victims and there families. I am glad justice was finally served
Whilst Superman 1 and 2 ,obviously are “tongue in cheek”-this one plays more as a Comedy, with Richard Pryor and Christopher Reeve in the main roles.
Anyone else think Alexis looks a cross between Anne Hathaway and Gillian Jacobs
I will check IMDB but it says Colin Farrell was in this. In which case, he must have just been a little boy. Unless its a different Colin Farrell-I thought the Irish actor started acting in 1994 or so
Show became better when Linda Purl, Heather O’Rourke and Ted McGinley joined the show in the later seasons. Maybe it was because the first few seasons had the same cast-unfortunately the later seasons arent available on DVD, Fortunately we can watch them here
She seems terrifying….and this is just from watching the documentary.I would hate to be the guys she killed
“Quintessential Australian Movie…”.
I must say, you’re very much selling the Australian movie industry short. If I may both kindly and respectfully suggest seeing a few more Australian movies like say maybe a few of these all quality ones here:
Gallipoli
The Man From Snowy River
The Year of Living Dangerously
Moulin Rouge!
Crocodile Dundee
The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert
Shine
The Dish
The Great Gatsby
Mad Max
Phar Lap
Etc…. as that but a short list here.
Yes, I am a mainly a fan of comedys, but you are right-Australia has a lot to offer, Just not a fan of some of the ones u mentioned.
Killed by a best friend over some money? Shows the fickleness of humanity. I pray that one day her body will be found
Jerry Wallach is not a real person, He is based on late Hollywood producer Robert Evans
Another show that I never heard of before this confinement, and discovering now. And I’m glad that I did. It had me giggling throughout, which is a good thing for me. I am definitely a fan. Will keep on watching.
Yeah, I am from Australia, and I always am excited when an Aussie show comes on TV. I watched a few episodes when it originally aired, and got a few laughs out of it. Shaun Micallef (Mr Murder) is one of Australias top comedians. Ironically ,I really enjoy Schitts Creek, which is filmed in Canada (Where I assume u are from judging from profile info). I have a great Aunt living in Victoria BC. But yes, being from Australia, I enjoy Aussie made shows, among others!
I am usually a fan of Will Ferrell and John C Reilly (people say I look a bit like John), but with this one-Maybe it was because they were speaking in British accents, and not there natural US accents-seemed to miss the mark, at least for me
He filled a spot adequately, but he was no Phil Hartman. Jon Lovitz will always be “The Critic” to me (another show from that era worth revisiting).
Yeah, There is only one Phil Hartman. Sad he is no longer to make us laugh-His SNL impressions of Bill Clinton were hilarious, among other things.
Following the tragic death of Phil Hartman, his character Phil O’neil, was (obviously) killed off, as well. This episode introduces Jon Lovitz as Max Louis (though I think its actually Lewis) about to watch this episode, so heres hoping Lovitz (who is usually funny) is good in this
I have tried to find a photo of this actress, The only Kathy Morris I get is the one who is still alive from CSI Miami or something
“Im going to tell her whos the boss-and it aint Tony Danza” “You so funny, u a regular Eddie Murphy” (imitates Eddies Laugh)
Very eerie. Filmed in August 2012, The movie says “Henry Altman 1951-2014” Unfortunately, in real life Williams was 1951-2014. I understand the shooting of this film was before his lewy diagnosis (which was in May 2014) but still…very eerie, ,but a watchable dramedy. RIP Robin Williams
Never seen the show but the song “How do u talk to an Angel” is amazing.
I find this series to be fascinating and informative. We get in depth looks into crimes and the victims/perps backgrounds. Being from Australia, some of these cases I had never heard of. In fact I make a point of clicking on a case I never heard of—and then googling it afterwards
This was released the year Robin Williams died. You can tell he is not his usual self in this movie. His “comedy” usually relies on quick wit and fast talking -in this movie, his comedy is just poking his tongue out at a church scene RIP
Never heard of this show. Funny bits was when Dan Foglers character said “Toby Maguire is the coolest person in the world”
The late Robin Williams plays against type as a disturbed individual in this episode
Ok, movie, released in 1997, not 2013. After all, Brittany Murphy died in 2009-a bit odd that she is in a movie, 4 years after she died.
Best show of late.I think its genius they dont have a laugh track, as the laughs come more from the interactions between people and the every day slice of life situations we all can relate to. I never heard of Dan Levy before this. Eugene Levy I must say, looks a bit more less geeky without glasses
Yes, they are very true!! There’s an interview with Prince floating around the internet I heard, and he confirmed every bit of it, even the pancakes!😆
Usually a movie about 2 people grumbling is not funny, however when u put Woody and Bette together-comedy ensues
Quite a few hilarious one liners from Larry the Cable Guy. Quite funny
Final Performance of Bernie Mac and Isaac Hayes, who died 1 day apart.
Apart from that…This is a feel good, forget all your troubles, and enjoyable
He did a lot of work for/with his brother and helped write a lot of material. Like, ever see Vampire in Brooklyn? Charlie had a lot of input into the story and helped draft the screenplay. He gets top billing in the credits over the other dudes. I wanna say it’s their finest work but I’m a horror movie buff so I’m gonna be biased. But, yeah, I don’t think a lot of people would even know who the guy was if not for the Chappelle Show.
Never saw Vampire, but I am aware of it. Prefer the lighter Murphy comedys like Norbit, Bowfinger, Klumps, Beverly Hills Cop etc
It is an OK movie. I originally saw this movie on DVD-(At a bargain bin, no less) but thats not because the movie is bad, its just that it was made a long time ago=If you think Danny Devito is the main star in this movie, you will be sadly mistaken. He is only on in the first 10 minutes and has a 5 time time frame-the rest of the actors-I had never heard of, and are not “big names” in the industry. The basic plot is 2 guys buy a van so they can have “fun times” with there girlfriends. Not a bad movie-but fairly predictable
Damn Jason Priestley is short! Cameos from Paul Reiser, Alison Brie, Jim Rash
