I will finish this series, because I’ve invested myself so far into it. But, I have not warmed up to it. One last one to go. (sigh).

I couldn’t help by to roll my eyes, when I saw the disguise the robber had. Surely he could’ve tried a little harder to hide his true identity. Amateur. Good watch

There was a bit too much dramatization, instead of the people directly involved. An OK watch for me.

Can’t say that I’ve warmed up to this series, so far. There’s a lot of repetition of the storyline. Bugger, for it started so well. I have a feeling that I’m going for another disappointment. Goodie.

Don’t know what to think of this storyline, yet. I’ll have more of an idea after the next episode. Not bad so far.

I don’t believe one bit the explanation of the accused, in this episode. Things don’t happen the way he said with a gun. Even I know that. Good watch.

This series did not impress me much. I couldn’t get into it.

The ending felt too rushed and anticlimactic for me. I never truly felt into this series. Mainly, because of the character of the wife. And her persistent naiveté about her husband’s true nature. Her attitude just ruined the whole thing for me. But that’s just my opinion.

I’m still not very enthralled by this series, despite having watched most episodes. I will finish it, but I’m not impressed.

That creature’s voice was spooky, because it contrasted with the brutality of his actions. But karma has a way of catching up to you. Like it did with him. Good watch.

Interesting episode to watch. This show is definitely a keeper.

Episode two, and I’m still not that excited about it. So far, it just OK by me. The character of the wife annoys me. Her blind naiveté, and lack of sharpness of mind, gets on my nerve. And she’s supposed to be a lawyer! I find it hard to believe. I guess I wish she was quicker to put one and one together, considering that her husband worked for international company. You never know how far they’ll go, to protect their reputation. She should know that, as a so called lawyer. I really hope things gets better. Because I’m not impressed, so far.

Don’t know what to think of this show, so far. I can’t say that this episode enthralled me much. First impression of the wife, is that she’s not too swift. Her character rubs me the wrong way, for some darn reason. I hope my impression changes as the series goes on.

Poor girl. Another case that tells me that women are not safe, even in their own neighborhood. So many lives ruined because of a sick and perverted man, acting on his lowest, primal instinct of domination. Thankfully, most man do not do so.

An interesting sight into an unusual world of society. One reads about that world, but to see it firsthand, is fascinating. Good watch.

Another case that I remember watching about, when it happened. Here, there were some things that I did not know about. Personally, I feel that her workplace could’ve done more to protect her. The safety of employees should be a priority. Good watch.

This storyline somehow, felt unfinished to me. I feel like more could’ve been told about that neighborhood, and its way of life. It’s funny to me though, for I do not remember this series back in the days. I must’ve boycotted it, just like I did with the newer version from Jordan Peele. I’ll keep watching, but I sure hope that it gets better.

This episode made me laugh, the whole time. I was left flabbergasted at how ridiculous some TV shows, in Australia. And how callous they could be also, without a thought for the families. Most of those shows, would never have made here in North America. There are certain details that do not need to be dwell upon, by respect for victims and their families. I’ve watched a LOT of criminal series throughout the years, and what I heard in this episode made my jaw drop. Aussie tv sure can be crazy, at times.

A good episode, but some loose end should’ve been more explored. This second part felt a bit rushed. And DCI Banks should be more in control of his emotions. I assume that he’s been at his job for a while, and he should know better. And once again, we are shown how bureaucratic and insensitive the ladders of justice can be in England. The upper echelons seem to only care about their image more than they care about victims. It is discouraging and makes one lose faith in justice. But it happens in every country in the world. These people are supposed to “protect and serve”. But it seems to me, that all they care about, is their careers and their image to the press and the people. Sad but true.

This first episode was not as good as its counterparts of Germany and Spain. Those in my opinion, were more intricate. It’s still worth a watch, though. This was an easy watch for me, for I understand French. Will keep on watching the rest of the show, if only to compare to the other 2 series.

Yes, those girls are responsible for their actions. But also, the parents should’ve gotten involved, to diffuse the situation. And also, the school is to blame, for not taking the situation seriously. With the girls living on THEIR campus, their duty is to make the safety of their students a priority. The should’ve rescheduled another meeting with the girls AND their parents. Now, lives have been changed forever. So unnecessary.

I love Gabriel Byrne, so I figured I’d give this series a try. Now, I’m not so much into political series, but this first episode is intriguing. I don’t know if I’ll stick with it. I sure hope that it’s a good series though. Will keep watching for now.

I feel sorry for all the colleagues and the family of Officer Ganz. But especially for his nephew. Poor little man. This crime was so senseless. The punishment fits the crime. Good watch.

What a devious mother/son pair. This is one of the most extreme case of the sort, that I’ve ever seen. I congratulate the other son, for understanding right from wrong. Heaven knows what would’ve happened, had he been part of this sick, twisted unholy partnership. A fascinating watch.

Another new show for me. Will keep watching for sure.

What a horrendous creature. Had she not been find out, heavens knows how many more victims would’ve been left in her wake. Another case of a psychopath who betrays the most sacred of oaths. But the hospital is partly to blame for this catastrophe. She never should’ve been hired, for she did not have the proper competences. An heartbreaking episode.

This case was mind-boggling to me. I’ve read and seen about many angels of death, but this creature has to be the most murderous I’ve heard of. If one cannot trust your doctor anymore, who can you trust? This is the most egregious of betrayals. He got what he deserve, but his last action was cowardly. Good watch.

I remember watching a series about the discovery of DNA, and it fascinated me. It was a HUGE discovery into forensic science. It was nice to see the real people involved in this amazing path to forensic discovery.

Another case I followed in the press as it happened, back in the days. But injustice showed its ugly head, afterward. Canadian laws are too lenient, at times. Still a good watch.

Gotta say, I didn’t see the ending of this storyline coming. I was thinking of something else, as one would expect with such case. I do not condone what these people did, but I DO understand it. Therefore, I understand Cassie’s decision. An emotional series. Can’t wait to see what the next one holds.

I like the first episode of this storyline, for it sets things up for the rest of the case. One doesn’t know who the guilty party is. Looking forward to storytelling.

An heartbreaking case, that really got to me. Especially after seeing the reaction of one of the daughters. How broken she was. So many lives shattered because of that creature. Good watch.

Well, that was an episode filled with action. An interesting intro to the early years of a Young Wallander. I loved the original series. And so far, I am not disappointed with this series. Hope it stays that good.

My heart goes out to those girls. You can tell they loved their father. And that he was close to them. What a tragic lost for this family.
