Enough already, bring back some monsters! Tribbles in the mycelial network, a salt-sucking worm to stop Saru from annoying us with those swingy arms, Burnham vs the Gorn…

Yes thanks uploaders, been a few years and looking forward once again to the binge.
The fun keeps coming, loving this show. Rigor mortis, ha!
I’ve been following the subject of vaccines for a few decades now, and the 1986 act set big pharma on its way to a future of huge profits. This act could possibly have been a positive thing if the inevitable injuries to many were addressed as was promised by the government. The whole vaccine industry, along with the complicit government agencies who are supposed to protect us, has devolved into a system where the main focus is not on safety but on vaccinating everyone at all costs. Information that goes against this paradigm is suppressed or altered to cover up the facts. Sounds like conspiracy theory and people like me are nuts? Stop listening to media soundbites, follow the money, look at the whole picture from top to bottom and you will be shocked at what goes on in the vaccine world. This 1986 act has got to go.
BRILLIANT FANTASTIC SUPERDUPER
Loved every minute.
Great Music
Alan Rickman was perfect casting
Learned the proper history of a club/bar/venue that I knew a bit of .
I loved it all the more because it was a toilet venue that became World famous.
I ran a place so similar it brought back so many memories, we had gigs upyo 6 nights a week - upto 15 bands a week..
As the promoter/manager you work the most hrs days and nights and are often missed out of the “thanks to sound guy, the lighting guy, the gig goers” list, so This was so good to see.
I am thanked by some bands on CD credits which I only discovered years later and it brought tears to my eyes
I somehow missed this, love Rickman. Missed out on the punk scene due to age and circumstances so was great to get some insight into this scene and at the same time see great acting in a fun film.
Great action and fun, and don’t miss the little snippet near the end of the credits.

ps Don’t miss out on the few lines at the very end of the credits…
Re-watching this great series at the moment. The first time I starting watching it, I thought it was a documentary. ;)
Love this film. The Morlocks scared the living bejasus out of me when watching this as a kid back in the 60’s.
An absolute TV classic of the paranoid conspiracy mystery genre and yet it seems hardly known about, even compared to other 90s classics like Dark Skies or Oliver Stone’s Wild Palms never mind the X-Files.
As a UK viewer it only came across my radar in the first wave of file sharing in the early 2000s and I was totally hooked - kind of a cross between the The Prisoner, Parallax View and the Twilight Zone.
Kudos to the uploader for making the series available on PW as I’m sure more episodes will be going up shortly.
Stupid thing keeps sliding to the right, that’s a bad design. hee
One of the greatest Werewolf movies ever made no CGI crap pure physical effects the way a true horror movie should be likeable relatable chars even if u dont like werewolf movies still worth watching cant say enough good things about this up there with american werewolf in london
PS if u look for this movie and cant find it search ‘Late Phases’
Yep, am surprised that I missed this gem and everything you said about it is true. Thanks for the heads up.
🤔The band biog details?
Or the 🗣️ Talking Heads 🗣️ clip?
Or the tiny Rickman clip 📎 ?
Or was there more 🤯
Was a wee bit young myself but I was a 70’s baby
Plus not an American..England here
The gIG venues I ran were 94’-2001
But more than one band mentioned in this played for me which gave me a little self confidence boost
I started going 2 gigs when I was 14 .. & at that time here the place to be was Manchester - which is where I am from 🙃
In the 80s I saw
The Cramps
The Damned
The Cult (7 times)
Iggy Pop
& Many more
At midsized venues
saw a lot of the later hardcore punk bands at toilet venues squat gigs and Punx Picnics
Don’t want to ruin it, but I’m talking about the very, very last few lines under the heading: “This film is dedicated to…”
It’s always nice to be recognised, sounds like you are having an interesting life, nice one.
Watched it and there was lots of drama and a fair bit of action, but you really should wait for a better copy. Due to the whispering and sign language necessary in a film like this, it was difficult to follow as the picture and sound quality was poor.
That’s 4 episodes gone out of ten. I spotted one alien for a split second. In genres, they should have left out the sci-fi bit and just stuck with drama. I’m done, enjoy if it’s your type of show.
The drama is going to kill them before any aliens do. Overdone on the drama side of things, hope this picks up a bit on the action soon.
Bore of the Worlds for me, keep waiting for Mr Byrne to nod off in his lab chair. Love most sci-fi so tried to stick with this, but have had enough and hope that some decently evil, violent aliens come and wipe out the lot of em.
Could’ve been good, wasn’t though. For me, nothing about it nor any one actor stood out. Felt like the filmmakers went to a small resort, recruited a few tourists, took them to a lovely beach and told them to start acting.
I thought he was kinda perfect for this role, didn’t annoy me at all.
Liking this, first episode set the stage for what looks like lots of action to come.
The intro, Ha Ha: “Its most terrifying effect is that it fires the user to extreme cruelty.”
This is a story about a few of the millions of poor innocent furry critters we run over each year and how they have adapted to deal with this human-induced carnage. Loved it 5/5.
I guess I really have to be into “something” to know who the heck Kang the Conqueror is in order to be perhaps amazed or worried or at least, to know how important this is at the end?!! IDK
I hear ya, the only Kang I know is that alien from the Simpsons.
I’m praying that we get a season 3, we need more evil in this world.
It’s surprising how this transpired and how quickly it became an epidemic. Seriously the drug company and FDA needed to be held responsible for this but what was really surprising is how many road blocks law enforcement threw up. They had people wanting to investigate and look into it but there was a ton of red tape. Especially since it involved a big drug company and the medical industry. I’m on the 4th episode and really can’t wait for the next 4 episodes(read the Rolling Stone article on this and they stated it was an 8 episode series). What really gets me is the pharma companies not coming out commenting or trying to defend themselves on this show. Most of the time you will see companies come out and defend their product or at least make a comment about how it is “fiction”. Not seeing that currently, I guess time will tell if they decide to comment.
Not really surprising, FDA are bought. As far as drug companies go it’s their normal policy to avoid directly defending their products and blatant crimes, but instead have their flunkies at all levels do it for them.
Dr Frankenstein: Damn your eyes!
Igor: Too late.
Yeah wavering a bit these last two episodes, but I have high hopes for the future and finale.
Pronounced “Z” properly? Is there more than one way to pronounce the letter “Z”?
True love never dies. I guess it’s like spontaneously giving your beloved spouse of 47 years a rose or a pet rock or something, that old feeling just gushes out now and again.
Big farma animal experimentation being carried out quietly in the countryside, lol.
I’m guessing they look expensive, fly in expensive saucers and shoot expensive ray guns. Also they could be very bad - guys with a block of rubber stuck to their foreheads flying thru space on the end of a piece of fishing line, there is a reason they are not showing them…
Just completed my yearly watch of The Guard. Best Irish film, go on and treat yourself to a good few New Year’s laughs!
Love me some double-down on the Hutts. Cried like a Rancor keeper when I didn’t see the pet.
Awww, isn’t he just the sweetest thing lying there all snuggled up with Grogu
Loved this, a great dysfunctional family/world flick. In black and white.
It cost some of them an arm and a leg to get that girl back.
I would like a Spockier-type male along with a more badass goodish guy male or female.
Too much talk and not enough action 2/5
