Phenomenal, emotional, beautiful, and reflective of life. Kieslowki’s masterpiece of all the color series imo. One of those films you never say “one time watch” about. lol

Hooray! A new film to add to that long list of movies with titles that sound like something evil that Lovecraft might have come up with.

Pretty heavy duty. Makes you see Dubrovnik in a different light.

Really enjoying season 1. I have roots in this part of the world so it’s particularly entertaining. You really get itching for some of those sadist sociopaths to get their come comeuppance. Katinka does turn on the faucet a bit much.

This is a really great series the main detective i was talking to my husband and we thought he would and could make a fantastic Dr. Who he is corky and unique as are all Dr.Who actor’s. I really love this show it is another clean cut show with out all the sex and i am thankful they make shows like that still.

Daisy Coleman just committed suicide. What a gorgeous girl, and I don’t think she really even knew it. Horrible, being lied about, ostracized, while the perpetrators get off,and it goes on a all the time, in other forms too. Alcohol is the original date rape drug, young girls need to be better informed.

Later on, after WWII, Stalin made Latvia a Soviet puppet state (1940,)and Russia misruled it till the collapse of the Soviet Union, 1990.

I don’t like reading subs but this one’s worth it. Quality production, good acting and writing. Great sets for a robin hood kinda adventure set in Europe in the mid 1700s

Another surprise of a gem that grabs you by the seat of the pants, glues you to your screen, when you should be out and about already. ;)

This Man Must Die (French: Que la bête meure), also an excellent French/Italian movie (1969)directed by Claude Chabrol… Hope this series is as good of the movie !

Thought I was going to hate it, waited for DVD quality, gave it a shot because of Joaquin, then ended up really liking it all around.

Not bad story. Take away: modulate your voice at all times, especially under duress.
The jewel like lights, and rich night colors- and that voice- swept me off right away. :)
