Why are you taking it so seriously? It’s a fantasy story based on a comic book. Chill out!
Manic9's comments
I know it’s just a tv-show, but like I said in my comment not every teenager is mature enough to realise it’s ‘just a fantasy story’. I honestly didn’t even know this was from a comic book. I’m from Belgium so I didn’t grow up with comics like this. To be honest I even discovered Marvel comics when I was about 19-20 :s Maybe this sounds weird for you, but it’s not just me but a lot of people here don’t know about comics. I have a 17 year old niece that watched this show (2years ago, so at age 15) and she started to believe that American teenagers really live like this and acted out, that’s why I watched it out of curiousity to try to understand her. I just wanted to share that back then so 2 years ago. :D So yeah that’s why my comment is so intens. :D
Waaww, this was so entertaining to watch. Watching this series was beautiful, exciting and informative. It’s a tv-show and a documentary at the same time! I do have to admit that I loved the ‘show’ part more, I couldn’t wait to see what was going to happen next on their mission on Mars. From time to time the ‘documentary’ part was a bit boring, but that’s just my personal opinion, cause I’m not really the documentary watching type. Overal this is a 5/5 star show and I will recommend it to everybody!
This was so disappointing. I’m a huge Marvel fan so it wasn’t boring or anything, but I expected more. This is my personal opinion, so no offence to anybody. The changes they made with the characters like the Hulk was so bad. I mean it was weird to see that combination of Bruce and the Hulk together. I kept thinking aren’t we going to see Bruce ever again? Let’s not forget Thor who got really fat. I understand why they did these changes etc. but still it was so weird in a bad way. Also how they had a hard time fighting Thanos. In infinity war they almost got him even when he had the stones, but in this movie, Thanos without stones was stronger? This time the avengers had a large army plus captain marvel and still it was a hard fight, how is that possible? This whole army of superheroes, captain marvel who’s the strongest of them all, non of them could defeat Thanos, but Tony Stark steals the stones and has to die?? Which reminds me of the death of Natasha, an avenger before Tony even got recruited doesn’t get a funeral?? There are so many things wrong with this movie.. I still love Marvel movies and all of the superheroes, but this was really disappointing for me.
The first four seasons were incredible. I loved this show immediately, it was really fun to watch - until- season 5. Just for the sake of it I really forced myself to watch. I hoped it would get better but unfortunately it got worse. Out of curiosity I tried to finish season 6. That was the season they should have ended the show. Season 7, I only watched the first episode and it was just unbearable, I couldn’t continue. It such a shame to see an amazing show end up so badly disappointing.
It was like the movie “Murder on the Orient Express” but with more funny scenes. Overall it was good for a one time watch.
I didn’t expect it to be this good, I really enjoyed this movie! Such a lovely movie :)
Well it’s definitely interesting. It’s not only comedy and drama, but also horror (which I did not expect). Worth watching though!
First season was great, but second season was so theatrical with poor acting which made it so fake and boring. Season 3 was the worst. I do have to give them credit for the last episode of season 3, that episode made me curious about season 4.
It started very interesting with season 1. Then, season 2 became a bit boring but still you keep wondering what will happen, so I kept pushing myself to watch. I have no idea what they did with season 3 and why there even was a season 3. I’ve watch 6 episodes of season 3 and I stopped because it’s not worth my time. I keep thinking ‘wtf am I watching?’ It was not only boring but it really didn’t make any sense.. So If you want to watch this, you’ll probably enjoy season 1 and maybe season 2, but seriously season 3 is not worth it. No wonder the show ended..
This is not specifacally about this episode, but I’m really curious. Are doctors in America really this careful (patient care)? İ’m from Belgium and my experiences with hospitals suck so bad that even if it kills me İ don’t go to the ER. So recently İ had surgery (spine) and the next day they send me home without any check-up. No bloodtest, no checking if İ have a fever, seriously nothing. When they asked about my pain, İ replied with ‘’İ am in a lot of pain’’ and they said ‘’just take a painkiller at home.’’ İ’ve been watching this whole season and İ keep wondering. İs the medical care in America this great or is everything on this tv show just pure fiction?? :D
Serena is so selfish, first she convinced her mother not to be with Rufus because she was ‘in love’ with Dan, so her mother got married to Bart Bass. Her mom was stuck in a loveless marriage while Serena broke up with Dan. Now, she’s trying to keep her dad close to her mom. Rufus wanted someone else as a doctor and Serena clearly sided with her father. Just because she wants her father in her life, I have a feeling she’s going to break her mom and Rufus up and even get her mother sick (because her dad is lying). When I started watching this show (now in 2019) Serena was the good girl, but the more I watch it, Serena gets more annoying. She’s so selfish all the time.
When I saw Eve in this episode, I thought immediately ‘NO!’ I don’t want Maze to be with Eve. :s The character Eve is so annoying. I don’t know what it is about her, she acts so childish and like a spoiled brad. She is smart though so I don’t get why she acts that way. Maybe it’s the way she talks? I don’t know, I was relieved when she left, cause I couldn’t stand another episode with her. Maze deserves somebody better, I really hope that Eve just stays away and they never end up together. When there is a character in a tv show that you can’t stand, it just changes the whole dynamic. The same thing happened with Michael. I really hope that both Eve and Michael stay away..
Omg Robbie Amell (Wesley) was 27 years old filming this, I think he really pulled it off as a high school senior. This was a fun movie to watch!
How old is Veronica? max. 17? Ruling her parents, drinking alcohol (rum) in front of them, damn.. It’s getting more and more theatrical and fake.
Well, after the disastrous season 5 I didn’t want to watch the show anymore, but thought to push through out of curiosity. Even though season 6 first episodes were boring, I’m still trying to watch. And then this episode happened.. WTF :D Belle and Gold’s baby is trying to kill Emma? Even the evil queen made more sense! The baby is now all grown up and evil? Why?, whyy? would the writers think this was a good idea? Seriously?
It’s such a shame..
They shouldn’t have changed the school’s name, no matter what.
First of all Elijah is older than Klaus. I don’t get why this intro for the spin-off ‘The Originals’ was so wrong? An Original can’t be killed, in ‘The Orginals’ every vampire knew this. So I don’t get why the Salvatore brothers didn’t know anything about them, it doesn’t make any sense. They have been around for more than 100 years..
The most amazing show ever. It had everything. I even wrote some of Klaus’s quotes in my journal. Not to sound like a total fangirl, but seriously some of the stuff that has been said in (almost every) episodes was inspiring, educational and even truth about the world, relationships, humans in general. Not one episode was boring. I would totally recommend this tv-show to everybody! :)
What I don’t get is: how can Hope be way older then the Gemini twins in The Originals (the scene when they helped Hope with her wolf transformation, the twins were just kids and Hope like 15 something?) but in Legacies they’re all the same age??
Isn’t it, though? I may actually create a playlist for movies that I feel are like wonderful little treasures that turn out to be not at all what you think they’ll be.
If you decide to make a playlist, let me know, I’ll watch them all :) :)
The story is amazing! The movie was sometimes too slow, like they were dragging it out, I had to fast forward some scenes and when finally things were happening I was like ‘yess here we go’. The movie could have been shorter. It was worth watching.
It was worth watching, had some scary jumps. I wasn’t that predictable which made it good. I think they might even make a sequel.
It was a good movie, but sometimes it was a bit slow.. Or maybe I just wanted to know how it was going to end :) Pretty fun to watch thou!
I hope that teenagers don’t take this tv show seriously. First of all, all those 16 year olds live like they’re (at least) 30-40 years old. Even the way they drink is so weird, they drink rum and have business meetings. They don’t respect their parents and even rule over them. They can do whatever the hell they want, drink, stay out all night, blackmail, run a freaken ‘bar’/casino, go after murderers, form a gang, etc. Every time they do something bad they get away with it. Cheryl burned her house down and her mother just let it go. I can’t even begin about Veronica, the power her parents give to her, damn. And seriously what’s up with the girls outfits? Can the skirts be any shorter? Especially Veronica and Cheryl, no teenager dresses like that. Veronica’s gowns she wears when she’s in her ‘La bonne nuit’ come on, is that really the fashion style or even life style of a 16-17 year old girl?
Not every teenager is mature enough to see that this wrong in the real world.
It was good, but some scenes I wanted to fast forward. Some of the scenes seemed slowmotion and I know it’s to create suspense but still it was kinda boring. And the little girl with the hearing aid realised what she could do after her father died. If she didn’t turn it off when she and her brother were in the car, her father would be still alive. Anyway it was okay to watch.
A typical, cliche, predictable romcom :s I didn’t watch the ending, I barely made it through the half. It was really horrible.
When watching this show I always wonder if there are real families out there just like them? Families that hang out every day, the whole family going on vacations together, always there for each other with one single phone-call,.. It seems so lovely and if you have a family like that, I totally envy you. :D
Modern family you will be missed!
Season 6 was by far the worst season of the entire show. What the hell happened? Especially the ending.. I’m still confused. Lucifer could have easily been in Rory’s life, but she asked him to abandon her. So that he can save her (when she travels from the future) and find his calling? I get it, timeline and everything, but still. I mean, did Chloe really have to go through this all alone? 20 years, without the love of her life, with an angry child? Even if Lucifer stayed away from Rory, he could have still (secretly) be in contact with Chloe.
Also, the devil helping souls get into heaven? There’s a reason these souls ended up in hell right? I get it that some souls like Dan deserve to go the heaven, but killers like Vincent Le Mec, seriously?
Besides the ending, Lucifer was an amazing show.
I love this show and hope that they’ll make season 2! I do have to say that it started amazing, but near the end it changed a bit.. Still, I would definitely watch season 2.
