After downloading an episode I found it had Arabic subtitles you can’t turn off. So I checked the remaining episodes and most of them have the subtitles and/or english closed captions.

WTF? this is terrible. A bunch of Brits pretending to be French? some bad acting and story line. Seen it all before, too many of these boring murder mysteries. Don’t waste your time. Kind of like a death in paradise.

Loved her in Sons Of Anarchy but this is not good for her!! Please go back to AMC, HBO or another NON-ABC,NBC,CBS, FOX series. The writing for all of these networks is just bad and not original. All the same re-hashed predictable scripts - Fire these writers

Predicable stuff, the usual female cop/PI who is a renegade. She’s ex-military so she can take down guys that outweigh her by 150 pounds…………….the usual car chase with cars flying through the air. It’s all been done before

not very good, one episode was enough. it’s like Josh Hartnett who quit acting a few years ago re-surfaces in an amateurish Euro series

This is NOT a remake of the original British series.
It’s based upon the book by Gillian Flynn the American author that wrote Gone Girl.

This is a must see if you like these kinds of crime shows. Why is it that countries from Europe put out way better shows than Canada/US? I know Canadian shows USED to be bad but they’re not anymore. Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the UK, Spain, France etc. have amazing story lines and the actors aren’t all skinny or in great shape and beautiful. They’re more realistic and I like that too.

PS you really shouldnt listen to anything from channel 9 its for idiots :) much like the US fox network, owned by the same tabloid idiot, mr Murdoch, in fact :)

Disappointed with this one,watched 3 episodes and hoped it would get better. Half and hour of this is enough. The characters are just unlikeable and boring. The dialogue……….you just want to tell them to shut up.
Only good thing is the music

Had to move on after 15 minutes into the first episode. The filming was terrible; like a bad fandom movie. The acting, if you can call it that, was so lifeless and the dialogue…well I guess you get the idea. This doesn’t even come close to the UK production and quality. I’m a huge fantasy / science fiction fan and this was really disappointing.

This show is almost laughable - such a terrible predicatable mid-season ending. These writers need a kick up the arse.
