When your 25 year old scifi starts out with a sea shantey and Ziggy Stardust coiffure
The Orion scene was some really fantastic writing, hoping we get more.
Seems like a pretty great show to me. Just curious, what version/host do you guys use as the imbedded version of voe.sx doesn’t support subtitles/.srt files. Figured it out, sort of. Using Streamtape as in the tutorial, but when I try to load a .srt file, subtitles still remain disabled.
Always works for me with mixdrop and doodwatch. Can’t use the others. I think it can depend on the browser and the extensions that are installed. Good luck.
Douglas Henshall makes so good. To me this is an “honorary” Nordic Noir - I love whodunits in small remote communities, would love to go to the Shetlands.
The world is rich and intriguing. I never read the books so I can’t follow the eras and story arcs jumping around every episode. Maybe they should have done each of these eras as a separate season. Or inter-related shows like the Star Treks. Star Trek, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, all multiple books series like Foundation and they are all very linear. I can’t imagine this approach would have worked for any of those.
Chris Meloni is criminally underrated. He played a slobbish character in Wet Hot American Summer, and some guy who thought he was Jesus and a Ku klux Klan leader in the Harold and Kumar movies. And is brilliant (along with Mariska Hargitay) in this
He is really funny! They gave him a family sitcom a while ago, completely mediocre but he nailed it as the sarcastic dad.
I was really looking forward to this. Plots and subplots at the expense of action and to me the characters are not compelling enough for that and so far very slow - agree with everyone. Bummer.
This episode was hilarious - all your favorite billionaires are in here! Not being a Brit SI has been hit or miss for me, there’s more non-politics celebs lately. Just the right amount of cheek for a Saturday chores break :)
The Mayan costumes and language are beautiful - this is great storytelling of a very sad chapter in history.
All season 4 links have breakage while streaming.Pls advice.
Click on “report link” on each episode page for the stream you selected. Choose one of the options or “Other” and then describe. You can go down the list and do this for each stream link that has the problem.
It’s not going to be canceled or get a second season, it’s a one-off to bridge between one MCU story and the next
Sometime in 1973, a Pittsburgh-based organization called Lutheran Services approached hometown hero George A. Romero to ask if he’d shoot something for them about the myriad ways society discriminates against the elderly. Eager to work, Romero agreed. “The Amusement Park” so appalled the Lutherans that they refused to release it. Romero didn’t have the time or energy to fight them and moved on. It is only now being seen by the public almost a half-century later - rogerebert dot com
CLASSIC folk horror. Jude Law is great at this character (and so different from the Young Pope you’d never know it was the same person). 5/5 can’t wait for the rest.
Sometimes amazing and sometimes wacko, always entertaining. Two thumbs up!
Saw this when it first came out. So glad to see it again on here, hilarious!
I wont be surprised if Bill gets cancelled after all this is said and done. Bill is zero entertaining in this format. Granted he can sometimes make good points and arguments but overall, his shows sucks right now.
Agreed. I’ve stopped watching. He needs a panel of people to balance him out.

Started season 1 - really like it so far - one of those feel-good dramas set in the 50’s like Call the Midwife.
Classic 1940’s generic toon. All you favorite superstitions are here in one handy place.
This is destined to be a cult classic. Trippy stylized gory sword flick that steals from things like Valhalla Rising, Vikings, folk horror, Seventh Seal, Bastard Executioner, 300. Not much acting or plot going on here except for the unintentionally funny kind, and a cinematographer that films the shit out of all 87 minutes. Straight to favorites.
All links are S2E06 2019 not current season - used the ‘report link’ button next to each.
Pacino, Carol Kane, Kate Mulvaney, Lena Olin, Jordan Peele? That’s a ballistic cast for a TV show. In my TBW
This is such a great show. Sorjonen is a classic ‘odd detective’ with his Memory Palace and other psychological methods. Can’t wait for seasons 2 and 3!
Wowwwwww That was. MIND BLOWN. Did not see that coming! Fascinating series, clearly not for everyone
AT first I almost thought it was a copy of Counterpart. the opening scene and credits are so similar
Counterpart, the Prisoner, Utopia. The trippy retro multi-era 60s-70s-80s set design reminds me of Loki.
