This public affairs film about recent German history was put together using archival footage of Nazi Germany, along with news footage financed by United Artists as part of a press junket promoting the film “Judgement at Nuremberg.” This footage featuring news reporter Howard K. Smith at the Berlin Wall and conducting an interview with Willy Brandt, the mayor of Berlin. RKO public affairs director Howard Enders put this footage together with archive film of Adolf Hitler and a clip of Spencer Tracy in “Judgement.” The film examines the politics surrounding The Berlin Wall. |
