According to the Department of Defense’s own statistics, over three thousand cases were reported in 2010 at a rate of 13.5%. Using that ratio, Secretary Leon Panetta estimates an assault rate of Nineteen thousand cases a year. It’s time to STOP this life changing threat to our fighting men and women.
