Adventure does not always need to start in a country ending with Stan. Sometimes it can be found subtly, just around the corner. In February 2011, pro skiers Kaj Zackrisson and Mike Douglas spent two weeks chasing powder across Switzerland by train. Trains started carrying skiers up and across the Alps more than 100 years ago.
