Details:

Eccentric Entrepreneur and Cat lover Rudy Barnett (Ernest Kearney) was a very wealthy man, and he was also one to hold a grudge. He lived with his stepmother (Sarah Carson) and his gold-digging wife Erica (Debra Lamb) until his death. But before he died, he had made arrangements as to who are to be his heirs. When several beneficiaries (a priest, two abortionists, a filmmaker, his ex-wife) receive letters that they are heirs to Mr. Barnett’s fortune, telling them that they are to meet with Mr. Barnett’s lawyer (John McCafferty) at an isolated cabin in the snowy mountains, they excitedly make the trip. However, they soon discover that Mr. Barnett wasn’t very fond of them at all, and they had all done something in his past that made him resent them over his life. Through a series of pre-recorded videos, Mr. Barnett talks to them all about various things they did to him throughout his life that he never forgave them for. He informs them that only one of them will be the heir to his estate…the rest of them will be dead by the end of the weekend. One by one, the heirs meet with bizarre deaths, with Mr. Barnett reappearing in updated videos commenting on the tragedies that occur. It poses the question ‘is he really dead?’ “ The Deceased Won’t Desist” is the 11th feature film from cult filmmaker Mark Pirro, of Pirromount Pictures, the company that brought you such cult classics as “A Polish Vampire in Burbank, Rectuma, Curse of the Queerwolf, Deathrow Gameshow, Nudist Colony of the Dead” and a few other offbeat films you’ve never heard of.
