An elderly woman, Alba, living alone in her apartment gets a call from her doctor. instead of dealing with her illness, Alba decides to reach out to see her loved one last time with no luck. A yellow bird that she befriended keeps her company every morning until one last visit where the bird finds Alba dead. Based on the true story, ‘A Poem by Alba’ reminds us to reach out to our loved ones who live alone. Time is precious and we all need connection from one another. |
