Frank (Frank Orth) is the second husband of Ann, (Ann Codee)whose first husband disappeared. Hubby-One was a circus strong-man and Ann constantly hold him up as the model that Frank should be, but isn’t. Frank has plans to show him up if he ever shows up gain.
