When Matt Roymann inherits his fathers company, he becomes blinded by obsession to prove he can be a leader. Driven by the memory of his disapproving father, Matt sacrifices everything, including his marriage. As he is about to close a merger that can put Roymann Industries at the top, his wife Lisa gives him a final chance to save their marriage by asking him to step down.
