Details:

Slippery Slim loves work so much that he sleeps right alongside of it. Sophie, his wife, becomes disgusted and finally reprimands him. Slim’s pride is hurt, so leaves a farewell note to Sophie, telling her that he has gone to commit suicide. Sophie rushes for the doctor and he in turn rushes out to find Slim, and finally does, asleep in a barrel. In Slim’s open shoe the physician pours some “Carbon bisulphide Highlife.” Then things begin to happen. Like a shot from a cannon he bolts with the barrel up and down the street, in the house and out. When the effects of the “Highlife” finally wear off and Slim settles down, he decides to seek revenge, and his revenge is sweet. He gives everybody in town some of the “Highlife” and then things happen by the score.
