A short film about a directionless, young Chinese American woman, Connie, who finds the meaning of her life when she converts to Christianity and falls in love with the Lord and an African American minister, Michael. For the first time in her life she has to find the courage to stand up to her controlling father and endure his wrath when he makes a surprise visit and learns of Connie and Michael’s dream of starting a multicultural church in West Philly. |
