The film follows a rookie cop, Sam Elkin, who tends to butt heads with his partner and captain. After tearing apart a high end boutique in Beverly Hills without a warrant and accusing the store owner of obstruction of justice, Sam is taken off of active duty. However, the Mayor steps in and has Sam sent undercover to investigate robberies of police evidence transports. A group of highly skilled, very agile criminals, have been taking out the transport vehicles using gas grenades. After stealing the drug evidence, they take off through the city - scaling buildings, jumping rooftops and executing many other amazing stunts for their escape. Sam soon learns of “Parkour”, the athletic ability to move through one’s environment efficiently. His investigation leads him to PRECISION, a gym above all gyms. It is here that Sam meets the Crew, the 5 people who run the gym. One of which is the gorgeous Melissa, a guy’s best dream and worst nightmare. Sam’s friendship with the crew grows strong and their bond becomes like that of family. On the other side, Sam’s captain is pressing him for results. Sam begins to lose himself in this new found world, and resists the idea that the group he has grown so tight with may in fact be the very people he was sent to take down. His world is flipped upside down one night when the crew decides to share a secret they’ve been hiding from the world. Now it is up to Sam to decide who the real criminals are.
