The rags to riches story of Maggie Malone, an aspiring author who finds a rare edition of Great Expectations in the bookstore where she works. A seemingly magical book, Maggie is granted three wishes…or so she thinks. The true magic is actually being orchestrated by a mysterious benefactor, who has commissioned a handsome Oxford lawyer to guide her through a Cinderella-like transformation.
