Crazy Bull rescues Shining Sky and takes him back to the Indian village where he's reunited with Rising Star. Ryder, however, seeks to finish the job of killing the "White Apache."

They are involved in a feud with the company, because they refuse to sell their land to the company. Duell and Nora fall in love and Duell decides to side with the helpless Malloys in their feud with the company. From then on, Duell is fair game for company man Ballard and his team of enforcers, led by Bede. With the corrupt local sheriff turning a blind eye to the feud, a desperate Mr. Malloy decides to send for the federal Marshal.
