The show itself gains a new host as Kermit the Frog passes the torch to a new Muppet named Clifford who hosts the show. In February 2004, Disney Enterprises bought two major Jim Henson properties: the Muppets and Bear in the Big Blue House. "Muppets Tonight!" premiered its first 10 episodes on ABC. The remaining episodes aired on the Disney Channel until the show's cancellation.

Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In was a sketch comedy show that aired on NBC from 1968-1973.

In February 1976, the bitterness of their divorce behind them, the couple reunited for one last try with The Sonny & Cher Show. This incarnation of the series was produced by veteran musical variety-show writers, Frank Peppiatt and John Aylesworth. It was basically the same as their first variety series but with different writers to create new sketches and songs. The duo's opening conversations were markedly more subdued and made humbled references to the couple's divorce and Cher's subsequent marriage to Gregg Allman (during production Cher was pregnant with and eventually bore Allman's son, Elijah). (Some jokes would get awkward. In one opening segment Cher gave Sonny a compliment and Sonny jokingly replied "That's not what you said in the courtroom.") Despite these complications, the revived series garnered enough ratings to be renewed for a second season, finally ending its run in 1977. The series follows the pair as they go on all sorts of adventures, like camping and winding up in outer space, or doing yard work and winding up tending to the health of a mob of crows.

The Poddington Peas is an animated British children's television series made by Paul Needs and Colin Wyatt; the single series has 13 episodes and was first aired on the BBC in 1989. The theme song describes the peas as being "down at the bottom of the garden". Human size garden objects, giant in size to them, are seen such as up turned flower pots serving as most of their buildings. Humans themselves are never seen or mentioned. In 1992, writer Phil Gardner was employed by Poddington plc to help write some new episodes - including one intended to pilot the series in the USA, and featuring a new group of characters, the Bugz. however these were never published. There were also paper back books by Paul Needs, illustrated by Colin Wyatt and published by Box Tree / Award Publications. The paper back books including new titles was released with a new AP and merchandise to complement these titles were released in 2013.

The New Adventures of Superman was an animated series that premiered on September 10, 1966. The series was produced by Filmation Associates and ran for three seasons. It was based on the popular Superman comics created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster. The series focuses on the adventures of Superman an incredibly powerful superhero from the planet Krypton who defends Earth from all sorts of dangers. Superman's secret identity is Clark Kent a mild-mannered reporter for the newspaper "The Daily Planet". There Superman worked under newspaper editor Perry White with fellow reporter Louis Lane and photographer Jimmy Olsen. The first season of the series ran from 1966 to 1967 under the title The New Adventures of Superman and featured two six minute Superman cartoons with one six minute Superboy cartoon played between them. Thirty-six Superman shorts and eighteen Superboy shorts were produced.

Marsupilami is a fast talking marsupial who is like half-cheetah/half-monkey with a long tail. His supporting characters included Maurice the Gorilla, Stuie the Elephant, Eduardo the Jaguar, Norman the Poacher, and other characters. The original Marsupilami stories by Franquin never encountered a gorilla or elephant, since these species are native to Africa, while the marsupilami originates from South America. There were thirteen episodes in the series, and the series lasted one season. Reruns of the show were aired on both Disney Channel (1995-1998) and Toon Disney (1998-2009).

The Mario Bros; Mario and Luigi, were two plumbers from Brooklyn. On one of their plumbing jobs, they were in the middle of unclogging a bathtub drainpipe. Without any warning, the drain suddenly pulled the brothers in, and warped them to the Mushroom Kingdom. Upon their arrival, they rescued Princess Toadstool and Toad from King Koopa and his army. Although Princess Toadstool and Toad are now safe, the Koopas are still at large. On top of that, the warp zone leading to Brooklyn had closed. It's up to Mario and Luigi to not only liberate the Mushroom World from King Koopa, but to find a way back to Brooklyn.

Dragon Ball Super, a brand new television anime inspired by Akira Toriyama's Dragon Ball manga, will premiere on Fuji TV and other channels in July on Sundays at 9:00 a.m. This will be the first new Dragon Ball television series since Dragon Ball GT, which aired from 1996 to 1997.The story of the anime is set a few years after the defeat of Majin Buu, when the Earth has become peaceful once again. The voice of Goku, Gohan, and Goten, Masako Nozawa commented on the new anime, saying, "We've always used the word 'chō' (Super) with Dragon Ball in commercials, games and the like, but the fact that the series titled Dragon Ball Super is beginning is the best thing ever."

The inhabitants of the planet Thundera evacuate just before it is destroyed. They were pursued by a band of mutants. All but one of their escape ships was destroyed. Only a small group of Thunderans (ThunderCats) remained. With only half engine power, the group, which was led by Jaga, had to set a course for the nearest planet. Jaga commanded their ship while the other 7 were in their stasis tubes. Jaga died on their journey to Third Earth and their ship crashed there. Soon they made friends with various groups in the area and they designed a fortress. Mumm-Ra the centuries-old embodiment of evil, along with the mutants that destroyed the rest of the Thunderans are a constant threat. But Lion-O, the new leader of the ThunderCats, with his weapon the "Sword of Omens" will help the Thundercats to have a standing chance.

She-Ra: Princess of Power is an American animated television series produced in 1985 by Filmation. A spin-off of Filmation's He-Man and the Masters of the Universe series, She-Ra was aimed primarily at a young female audience to counterbalance He-Man's popularity with young males. Unlike the He-Man cartoon, which was based on the Masters of the Universe toy line by Mattel, the creation of She-Ra was a collaboration between Filmation and Mattel. Casper the Friendly Ghost was a guardian angel for two female motorcycle space cops named Minnie (who was rather ditzy and had a Southern accent) and Maxie (who was a much more intelligent African-American woman) in the year 2179. They were joined by a rambunctious ghost named Hairy Scary, who would scare villains and troublemakers, but unlike most other ghosts, was accepting of the fact that Casper was a gentle ghost who did not like to scare people.

First seen on The Scooby-Doo/Dynomutt Hour, these half-hour antics animated derring-do showcased The Blue Falcon, a blue-clad superhero and his robotic doberman, Dynomutt Dog Wonder. The show, although based around crime-fighting, super heros and'evil do-ers' it seemed more to remind you of watching an episode of secret squirrel with all of its gags and laughs. The Red Hand Gang was a group of five inner-city pre-teens (and their dog, Boomer) who unwittingly found themselves foiling heists, robberies and kidnaps. They were so called because they left their trademark red hand prints on fences to mark where they had been.

Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? s an American children's television game show based on the Carmen Sandiego computer game series created by Brøderbund Software. The program aired on PBS from September 30, 1991 until December 22, 1995.

Stitch & Ai follows the events of Leroy & Stitch. Stitch is kidnapped by space criminals who want to use him to have their own destructive genetic experiment. However, he escapes to China's Huangshan mountains, where he befriends Ai, a spirited local girl who is at risk of being separated from her older sister Jiejie. Stitch becomes Ai's "dog", and the two help each other in dealing with the other's problems; Ai helps Stitch deal with the space criminals, while he helps her stay in the mountains with her family.
