Space Precinct is a British-American television series that was broadcast from 1994 to 1995 on Sky One and later on BBC Two in the UK, and in first-run syndication in the United States. The series was created by Gerry Anderson and was a mix of science fiction and police procedural that combined elements of many of Anderson's previous series such as Space: 1999, UFO and Thunderbirds, but with an added dash of Law & Order and Dragnet. Anderson was executive producer with Tom Gutteridge. One of the series' directors was John Glen, who had previously directed five James Bond films.The series was one of the highest-budgeted shows Anderson produced, and was relatively popular in Europe. However, in a repeat of the situation that UFOencountered 25 years earlier, American broadcasters were uncertain what to make of the series that looked on the surface to be aimed at children, yet featured adult-oriented storylines and was usually played straight despite the bizarre storylines and make-up. They tell him that the man he killed was not his partner, at least on the inside. He had been taken over by a species they call The Phylum. It seems that they lived on Earth before man, and somehow they were wiped out. But now those who survived are planning to take back the Earth. Bludhorn wants Sabbath to join them but unfortunately Sabbath can't tell anyone he's alive including his wife. When Sabbath does what he was told not to do, The Phylum find him and tell him that they will harm his wife unless he tells them who saved him and what do they know about them (The Phylum). Bludhorn's people save Sabbath, and they tell him that his wife is now part of The Phylum. Sabbath doesn't believe them and when he tells them that he's going to get his wife, Bludhorn orders him terminated but the person Bludhorn assigned, hesitated allowing Sabbath to escape. So now Sabbath is working on his own; at the same time Budhorn and his people are trying to find out what they are planning.

The plot concerned a giant Noah's Ark-like spaceship, composed of hundreds of huge "domes", each containing a sample culture from the planet Earth, which has long since died out due to an unknown disaster. Owen Baker is a 12-year-old loner who has been working as a neighborhood dog-walker so he can earn the privilege of getting a dog of his own.
