Sammo Hung plays a cop on the trail of drug dealers. Customs officer Yuen Biao is investigating the same gang. Sammo's new partner is eager-beaver Takeshi Kaneshiro. Despite each having their own ideas on how best to proceed, they are teamed together and must put aside their differences in order to crack the case. Romance, plot twists, comedic asides, and, of course, plenty of fights bring the film to a climatic and bruising conclusion.

After Reiko moves from Japan to Hong Kong to start working for Jackie Chan, her boyfriend Daijiro, in a fit of jealousy, hops on a plane and heads for Hong Kong himself. He manages to land a job as a stuntman, but can't quite seem to win his girlfriend back. When a young woman from mainland China searching Hong Kong for her boyfriend shows up in Daijiro's apartment, an additional set of complications are added to the story. Will anyone find their true love?

Horse thief Luk Ching-Yang (Sammo Hung) and his wife Liu Lu-Yian (Cheng Pei-Pei). After Luk was betrayed by his brother Kiu Hung (Tsui Goh), Lu-Yian left him. They reunite 20 years later, along with Liu Lu-Yian's adopted daughter Liu Wan-Long (Jade Leung) and the young warrior Pak Suk-Fu (Louis Fan), in order to seek revenge.

Chung Yao, a martial arts expert, has long been on the run from his stepbrother, who he caught trying to rape his wife on their wedding night. His brother has never given up the chase however, and Chung Yao lives in constant fear that the vengeful stepbrother will murder him and his wife.

An artist is suspected of selling a valuable painting to the Nazis, but there is more to the story than meets the eye.
