A 400 square foot unused space gets transformed into a multi-purpose space complete with an office area, guest loft and an outdoor theater. Butcher block desk, cabinets and banquette seating take over an entire wall. The existing door gets replaced with a glass garage door that opens out onto a patio and theater area. A custom bar cart gets built out of kiln-dried lumber and topped with coins in a chevron pattern. |
