In this episode, unprecedented guest numbers combined with staff shortages are putting the hotel under pressure. In an attempt to recognise hard-working staff, the management have come up with a unique reward - a golden rubber duck. Wedding co-ordinator Lydia is tasked with overseeing a wedding for a Chinese couple, who've chosen Cliveden as the perfect backdrop for some Pride and Prejudice-themed photographs. The couple have flown-in 13 photographers and videographers from Shanghai. After hours of photos, and four different bridal outfits, tensions rise as Lydia's carefully organised schedule goes out the window. |
