The 16-year-old has been knifed in the neck, has lost a significant amount of blood and is struggling to breathe. Elsewhere, Tom Waters is dispatched to 30-year-old bricklayer Daniel, who has sliced his arm with a power saw. He was cutting timber on a workbench using an angle grinder with a circular blade when he lost control and it sliced through his right hand.
