Time is running against Prime Minister Heyerdahl. People are dying, the situation is getting out of control and the bacteria is spreading unstoppably, and there is no progress with the vaccine. Heyerdahl has no other choice: Norway has to ask for outside help. The World Health Organization fears a global pandemic and Norway is now trapped behind its own wall.
