Nigella prepares fabulous dinner parties in advance. She makes a lamb, olive and caramelised onion tagine and a super-easy ice-cream cake. On the day, all that's left to do is make some couscous and a butterscotch sauce for the cake. She also creates maple chicken 'n' ribs, marinated the night before. The feast is topped off with a passion fuit and ginger trifle. |
