Alan Titchmarsh and the team are in Nottingham to create a new garden for an exceptional 8-year-old Tilly Sawford.Six years ago Tilly was so severely scalded in a freak domestic accident that she has spent the time since then in and out of hospital. Her scarred skin doesn't grow like regular skin which has lead to huge mobility challenges as her body grows. Nevertheless, despite the pain and disfigurement of her body, Tilly has remained a sunny, inspirational little girl. The whole family are immensely proud of her. Tilly's two brothers and two sisters all muck in to help with her care and mum Emma and dad Kyle don't know how she remains so upbeat.
