By experiencing everything from racing hermit crabs to mustering wild camels, he'll gain insight into the real Australia and its larger-than-life characters - including snake catchers, cowboys and Aboriginal elders. It isn't going to be an easy trip, he'll be getting up close and personal with some of the world's most dangerous creatures. He'll be going off grid in Australia's biggest rain forest.
