Coming before the Colorado Board of Parole is Benny Sandoval, who has served 17 years of his 25-year sentence for 1st degree attempted murder, a crime he committed at the age of 16. North in Wyoming, Steve Barela, convicted of 2nd degree murder of his wife, hopes the board will give him a chance at parole. |
