At the halfway stage of their epic journey through Vietnam, the group have reached Quang Tri Province, which saw the fiercest fighting in the Vietnam War. At the Linh Ung Monastery near Da Nang they help volunteers deliver meals to a local orphanage. But for Louise Halvey, who has progressive hearing loss, the pressure of socialising in a hearing group is taking its toll. Steve Brown is also struggling. |
