Sheriff Blodgett suddenly leaves town, and a note is found that says he left in shame, claiming he was caught taking bribes. Not believing the note is real, Roy starts an investigation and soon discovers that his disappearance coincides with a Mineral City banker trying to get the town to legalize gambling, and works with Dale and the sheriff's wife to clear his name. |
