In Savannah, Tyler Florence brings together five of the city's best chefs to compete in a modern diner. In the first round, they have to pair local staples like peaches with any other ingredients they can find in the restaurant's kitchen. In the final round, the remaining chefs encounter rack of lamb for the first time, and they must make use of the traditional diner flattop to cook the meat perfectly and create the best dish possible to become Bite Club Champ. |
