In episode four Paul meets a nine-month-old terrier called Roo who is far too young to have puppies but was found roaming the streets heavily pregnant. A Saluki cross arrives at Battersea after being found dumped with a terrible case of mange and a bad wound in her leg. It's touch and go whether she'll make it but Paul's on hand to help nurse her back to health. Paul also meets a gorgeous three-month-old pug puppy called Pancake, who's having problems with his vision, but won't let anything get him down. |
